DSTV installer RIP OFF!

I always like to use small companies in the hope that this filters down to creating entrepreneurial employment. Unfortunately this often leaves me dissapointed. I moved home and asked Cape TV Insallers (http://capetvinstallers.co.za/) to setup my DSTV decoder in my new property. They arrived, replaced the LNB and turned on the decoder. For this 5 minute job R1600! The LNB is R450, they charged me R950, then on top of that they charged R350 call out fee and R375 labour. Unfortunately there is nothing one can do but pay. I just feel sorry for the two guys who came to do the work, they are under instruction of their boss.
