I had a very disappointing experience at this venue. The security and management showed no willingness to go the extra mile to meet basic consumer expectations. On top of that, the environment did not feel safe or welcoming, especially for members of the LGBTQI community. Because of this, I cannot recommend this place to anyone looking for a respectful or inclusive space to hang out.

I'm am an old customer at Capello as I stay in Boksburg and the bouncers know me very well, but today's experience was HORRIBLE, 27 July 2024, I felt so little when I was moved from my table because of some Nigerian men who had joined our table and had an issue with my friend. Moved by Nigerian bouncers... They didn't want to understand the challenge but just took their friends side you.

Horrible experience with the short bald manager . He man handled me to a point of injury all because he was protecting a man who took my money and l was following the man inorder to get my money back . Horrible experience but especially manhandling a woman ,,๐ฎ๐ฎ๐ฎ

Best restaurant in Eastrand. The ambiance, service and the price of food deserve a 5 star ๐ ๐คฉ ๐ ๐ Stheir seafood platter for 2, comes with 2 bottles of wine and that was less than R600,00. What more can one ask for? Thank you to the staff too, they are very attentive and friendly ๐ ๐ ๐ ๐

Had lunch at Capello Boksburg on 11 Dec2020@ 13h15 pm 4 pax . Service was non existent,Had to constantly remind waiter Yvonne about our food and drinks order. We were in a nutshell basically left to fend for ourselfs . At the end we had to do take - aways as we were limited for time. Very Poor service considering bill came to R1400??? and we gave R140 time , Famous words of Mr Nelson Mandela wraps up this review. โNever and Never Againโ

!Horrible experience!! Went there last weekend, waiter was extremely rude and wanted to overcharge us, then took the manager atleast an hour to avail himself to finally sort our problem out..Waiter then threatened saying we will not get a good service from them again..then again yesterday we went for breakfast, found hair in my food, manager only apologized after 30 minutes after the waitress took the food away and left us wondering what was going on, food came back, not up to standard and apology didn't even show much remorse, pathetic service ..wouldnt recommend going there again!

I took my children there 2 Saturdays back for a nice late brunch. As usual, upon our arrival, staff and management made us feel very welcome. My son ordered sushi together with my daughter as there "starters". I've order my main meal, light... But somehow the sushi took forever. However, the waitress and management did feel very bad and improvised twice with an "excellant" apology. The service and food are always fantastic and we will definately return! Thank you for excellant service

Good Day, I visited boksburg branch on sunday 19 May 2019. I visited with a part of 5 people and therefore asked for a split bill, which I was denied because that is against policy. Further I tried to use the entertainer app, and I was only allowed to use one entertainer voucher. The rules of the app specifically state we can use more than one discount at a time, per table. The manager on duty continued to belittle us as if we were stupid and after showing him the rules on the app, he proceeded to tell us we were wrong and we cannot read. Let me tell you, I do not appreciate being told I cannot read and that is unacceptable.
