We had a booking at CapeStays Penthouse suits in October 22/23. We were disappointed when we got to the place -there was no Wi-Fi, no DSTV, as advertised. The rooms were up the stairs, and the bathrooms/toilet were downstairs. When we tried to contact the owner, he would not pick up his phone, for about 3 hrs. Eventually, when he phoned back he was abrupt, rude and very loud on the phone. Shouted to us that we can 'leave if were not happy, he'll be happy to refund us'. Up to now - 28 November , we have not received our refund. Booking.com said they're waiting for his written permission to refund us, but he does not answer his phone.
