Big fish picking on small fishes

Well I was employed by Capita O2 caimpaign and my performance was through the roof so I was told,,, by QA and my line manager. But I ended up loosing my job for a case that I had with a company 9 years ago. In 2012 I was falsely accused by that company for something I never did, they didn't have proof of anything linking me to any of the allegations. I was given a choice to resign or fired. But I didn't know that i was making my biggest mistake excepting the resignation letter that they typed. After I left they went to lay charges against me without me being aware of anything. I was diagnosed with depression In August of 2012 a month after I left the Company. Last year I was employed by Capita for the O2 caimpaign in October 2020 and I thought I would ritier in this job I started performing and gave it my all. But 2 months later I was called into the boardroom and was told i have a criminal record and lied when I was signing my contract when asked if I had a criminal record. I mean how do you say you have something when you don't even know that you have a criminal record. I attended the disciplinary and was dismissed in Jan2021 and I accepted it coz they didn't want to hear anything and the company that blacklisted my name made sure that I'll never be employed again in my life. I mean who am against a big company like Sanlam but one day the truth will come out and I will get my dignity back. Even Capita dismissed, they charged me for their headphones and access card when I returned them I'm being passed from pillar to post everyone tells me a different story and they don't seem to pay back my R1550. I just want to lay it out there so that anyone who is reading this can know, fighting with big companies Is ust being a small fish in a shark pond.
