No response
I've been at the head office to fill in a form I need to apply for my uif so that the department can sign a form I need for my child's school. Got at head office and I was told that I need to send them an email and they will reply. It's been a week I have sent several of emails and still no response. Capita feel they have the right to play with my income and my child's bursary. It's only 1 for they need to fill in

So I worked out my notice and was told il get a salary for the days worked and my Sales, and weekend hero would be paid. To my surprise i got nothing not a cent. I emailed this email address given because apparently this is the only way of getting in contact with them(HR), 3 weeks later no feedback. My Alexander forbes forms wasnt send to me and my IRP5 form is missing information which means i cannot do my Sars tax returns. I am furious. Capita 02 is useless.

Worst company ever
I have worked at capita for almost 4 years and I have never ever seen such a toxic working environment and non accountability from management. I eventually moved on as there was no value showed towards any agent whether being new or tenured. I recently received an incomplete IRP5 form from Venai Naicker, when questioned as to why there is no gross amount on the form. I was advised they are aware of the issue and currently working with SARS to correct it and it should be fixed within 24hrs. It is now 48hrs passed and still no fix or even an update as to what is happening. I am therefore unable to complete or file my tax returns due to this shoddy work capita staff is known for. I wish under the rating review there was a zero star rating as I feel that is what they deserve.

Worst company ever

Good day I have worked for a company called CAPITA FULL CIRCLE for a duration of 5 years and 7 months I have received my documents to claim my PROVIDENT FUND on the 8/12/2023 I had a duration of 3 working days to submit the documents whereby it was submitted on the 12/12/2023. I then received an automated reply back that confirming that the documents was received and it will be processed shortly. On the 4/01/2023 I send an email to the person that said me the documents asking for a breaking down of the amount as the amount R4669.80 does not add up for a service of 5 years and 7 months. Till today I have not received any response. I would like to know why this takes so long as this documents was send on the 12/12/2023 and on the 08/01/2024 I received I text confirming that all documents was received and it will take 4 weeks for processing. This is so pathetic to know that you work for a company for so long and that is the amount that you receive for 5 years and to top it all off you have to wait 8 weeks what a joke I will never ever recommend anyone to work at Capita they do not know the meaning of word value to the employees

Capita is no longer a place based on proper values
Capita is not a place I'll recommend to anyone who is looking for a job. We get treated like slaves over paid and under paid yet when we raise our concerns regarding how things are being handled by management we get told by that same management "well u should be greatful for what we give you" capita tenure staff are leaving due to being under valued yet we only good when we do management dirty work. Every month we are paid short no ownership is ever taken. This is the worst place to work at dur to management and leadership forgetting that their people should be looked after properly in order for the business to grow.

Big fish picking on small fishes
Well I was employed by Capita O2 caimpaign and my performance was through the roof so I was told,,, by QA and my line manager. But I ended up loosing my job for a case that I had with a company 9 years ago. In 2012 I was falsely accused by that company for something I never did, they didn't have proof of anything linking me to any of the allegations. I was given a choice to resign or fired. But I didn't know that i was making my biggest mistake excepting the resignation letter that they typed. After I left they went to lay charges against me without me being aware of anything. I was diagnosed with depression In August of 2012 a month after I left the Company. Last year I was employed by Capita for the O2 caimpaign in October 2020 and I thought I would ritier in this job I started performing and gave it my all. But 2 months later I was called into the boardroom and was told i have a criminal record and lied when I was signing my contract when asked if I had a criminal record. I mean how do you say you have something when you don't even know that you have a criminal record. I attended the disciplinary and was dismissed in Jan2021 and I accepted it coz they didn't want to hear anything and the company that blacklisted my name made sure that I'll never be employed again in my life. I mean who am against a big company like Sanlam but one day the truth will come out and I will get my dignity back. Even Capita dismissed, they charged me for their headphones and access card when I returned them I'm being passed from pillar to post everyone tells me a different story and they don't seem to pay back my R1550. I just want to lay it out there so that anyone who is reading this can know, fighting with big companies Is ust being a small fish in a shark pond.

Provident fund pay out
I have been trying to get my Provident fund from capita for a number of years now since I have resigned but no one is assisting me the worst experience ever I wouldn't advise anyone to work for capita.

I have been trying to get my Provident fund from capita for a number of years now since I have resigned but no one is assisting me the worst experience ever I wouldn't advise anyone to work for capita.

Put my life in danger_capita
<p>I just resigned from web help and was told Captain offering 7000 and the best transport so I applied and I gt the job was a month with them then one Night when working a late shift before leaving capita premises in cpt the driver kicked the wheels and soon we left the van broke down in Claremont then wynberg then in retreat close to my home driver told me he not calling back up I have to walk home at 12 in the evening as I argued with Him 2 men with guns banged on window and wanted us to get out I refused called my fiance and he got me at steenberg police station there was two other people we dropped home safe when I reported it the next morning nothing's was done they claimed the van and driver was fired but the next night I saw the same driver and van and I went back the next morning to tell them they forced me to resign which I did saying I must start making trouble for them it's the worst company ever hr and management u suck Gaylin and grant and mark the head of transport did nothing work there at ur own risk they are liars.</p>
