Utterly disgusted by the service and treatment towards your customers. I was refused a refund of my broken trip when the train came to a dead standstill at Kenilworth on the 9/07/2024. I reported my loss of trip to Woodstock desk person named madikane who refused to agree the trip was cancelled. After speaking in vernacular to another agent in the office he then admitted to the train coming to a standstill, then changed he's story saying I was to get the refund at the station where the train stopped, mind you there were no metrofail agents at the Kenilworth station on the day. He then next said I'm asking for a refund a week later from the date of the incident, to which I rep**** I have not been taking train for the past week due to it's inconsistencies. Unsatisfactory customer service and no accountability as not people to be employed at front desk someone that doesn't know what's happening pathetic service.
I have worked at capita for almost 4 years and I have never ever seen such a toxic working environment and non accountability from management. I eventually moved on as there was no value showed towards any agent whether being new or tenured. I recently received an incomplete IRP5 form from Venai Naicker, when questioned as to why there is no gross amount on the form. I was advised they are aware of the issue and currently working with SARS to correct it and it should be fixed within 24hrs. It is now 48hrs passed and still no fix or even an update as to what is happening. I am therefore unable to complete or file my tax returns due to this shoddy work capita staff is known for. I wish under the rating review there was a zero star rating as I feel that is what they deserve.
