The loud **X'trapolis Mega train horns** on local residents. By gathering data on **health and property impacts**, organisers hope to present a strong case to **railway authorities** and government officials. Many citizens feel that the noise levels have intensified recently, yet their **formal complaints** have largely been ignored by **Metrorail and PRASA**. We want to restore the community's quality of life. Through this there is a group which aims to force a meaningful response from the relevant **safety regulators**. Ultimately, the project highlights a growing frustration with **noise pollution** and the lack of accountability from public transport providers.

The train that leave cape town to eersteriver at 17:35 weekdays.. the doors literally open a few min before leaving... We Stand 30 mins for the door to open. All other trains the doors is open commuters gets in sit and wait for the train to leave... We have to stand like a bunch of animal waiting for the door to open and when it does people pushes and gets hurt cos they wnt a place to sit.

The coloured lady in the ticket counter is very rude, she'd smoke, chat or busk in sun while you beg her to sell a r7 ticket and then complain when you call her out then tell you she can't sell a ticket because you talk too much as if I'm asking her for the money to buy my ticket with your money.

Service did improve in Cape Town. BUT i small issue. At cape town station platform 21 for the past few week I've been seeing young school kids number between 5 and 10 smoking "marijuana" before getting on the train. Time between 15:20 and 16:00.

Even though they going through difficult times, I've been travelling with the train for more than a year now, even though there are some cancelations they are doing well under the circumstances, keep up the good service and always strive to deliver the best

I was in Johannesburg, Park Station on the 14 January 2025. I went to buy a train ticket to Germiston Station, the cashier told us that there are no trains to Germiston Station. I had to walk a distance of 2 kilometers to taxi rank at night. This Prasa is not serious about the people of RSA.
