Very Very bad service from the coloured lady working at the ticket point
The coloured lady in the ticket counter is very rude, she'd smoke, chat or busk in sun while you beg her to sell a r7 ticket and then complain when you call her out then tell you she can't sell a ticket because you talk too much as if I'm asking her for the money to buy my ticket with your money.
Very poor customer service from a lady who just put me on hold whenever she wants and had the decency to drop the drop the call after holding on for 10+ minutes
I went there to buy food on Sunday the 21 November 2021 and the chicken was old it had white worms and I couldn't finish and the follow day the 22 November 2021 my stomach was running so much that I had to leave work early
On the 3rd July 2021 I went to kuilsriver saps to report a case were I was threatened by an indriver driver via WhatsApp and I managed to take a screenshot of his name, his photo, car registration and the time of the he picked me up. When I was in the police constable Mphunga told me she can't open a case for me because I don't have the driver's address and she can't call the him as he's busy making money. I thought she was joking until one of her colleagues literally said I'm wasting my time because cases like that one don't go anywhere, as I'm sending this mail I'm scared to go outside as the driver knows my address and told me I'm playing with fire.

I'm currently studying at unisa and applied for a nsfas bursary, now nsfas can't fund me because they are waiting for a registration letter from unisa who seem to have a network everyday since March as I've been calling them to ask them to send the letter to nsfas.
Mtn... you are one kak network, so I didn't my account once and you switched off my account I understand you then send me millions of SMS's and even told me my debit order has been stopped I must pay cash or via eft. I did exactly that last then you debited on my account and now you say there were no funds in my account and I was charged R11 for that now I have to pay R21.04 coz your debit order didn't go through, did you think I would let you deduct whereas I've paid? What you doing isn't on coz you are messing up my credit score big time.
Thieves like thieves guys,story goes like this ne I couldn't pay them in December that's okay then they switched off my calls,data etc then they sent an SMS that I should pay R210 to activate it with the R10 extra which I did this month and then they opened line 2 days later I need to pay R210 again imagine why didn't they say so in the 1st place? I need help with this mtn now!!!!!
Very very angry now, so I paid my contract phone on Friday 29th January 2021 via eft and I got my data & airtime etc, they even sent me a confirmation message then boom Monday 01 February 2021 they decided to deduct double my monthly payment. Now I have to reverse the debit order and get charged still by my bank. Guys you need to pay back my money I've already paid you.
