Good day I have worked for a company called CAPITA FULL CIRCLE for a duration of 5 years and 7 months I have received my documents to claim my PROVIDENT FUND on the 8/12/2023 I had a duration of 3 working days to submit the documents whereby it was submitted on the 12/12/2023. I then received an automated reply back that confirming that the documents was received and it will be processed shortly. On the 4/01/2023 I send an email to the person that said me the documents asking for a breaking down of the amount as the amount R4669.80 does not add up for a service of 5 years and 7 months. Till today I have not received any response. I would like to know why this takes so long as this documents was send on the 12/12/2023 and on the 08/01/2024 I received I text confirming that all documents was received and it will take 4 weeks for processing. This is so pathetic to know that you work for a company for so long and that is the amount that you receive for 5 years and to top it all off you have to wait 8 weeks what a joke I will never ever recommend anyone to work at Capita they do not know the meaning of word value to the employees
In the month of May 2023 I made contact with a loan company called Emergency Cash loans based in the North West.....they requested a copy of my ID 3 months bank statements and a payslip all documents was send and I was then advised that the loan for r30000 was approved however I need to make a payment of r4158.00 for legal documents then I made the payment on 26/05/2023 and then I was then advised that the loan amount will be cleared within 45 minutes After I made the payment while awaiting for the loan amount I was then advised that the payment was placed on a stop order by the ITC as my credit score is low meaning that I need to make a further payment of r7200 to get the amount of r30000. On the 29/05/2023 I explained that I was unable to make the payment of r7200 and due to bereavement in my family I would like to cancel the loan application and I would like a refund however untill today I still have not received any feedback regarding this request. I made contact with BAYPORT regarding a personal loan on 13/06/2023 I spoke with an advisor called WARWICK KEET he advised that he only need 3 months bank statements on the 14/06/2023 I send the bank statement and then he advised that it will take a few minutes he then give me instructions and then after a couple of minutes R1000 was taken out of my account without my permission, when I asked him about it and all he said was that I will receive it back till today I have received the amount bank and after waiting whole on the 14/06/2023 he then advised that my credit score is low. I then requested a cancellation and that my R1000 gets refunded back to me and I logged a complaint with the BAYPORT and I still have not received a reply This is unprofessional and *********......for company to take money that has got nothing to do with them I want everything cancelled and my money back please
