On the 19th of January I logged a complaint for the 07:10 service not arriving in Voorbrug Delft, I got no response today on the 25th January again the 7 o'clock service from Eindhoven did not arrive. Called the contact centre all they can say is we do not know what happened worst service ever. Golden arrow keeps pushing up their prices but the service delivery keeps dropping this is appalling I can't even begin to say how ****ed I am because I pay for a service and then the company who provides the service can't even meet the service delivery. I called at 6:30 this morning to find out what time the service is and the gentleman who I spoke to advised the service will depart Eindhoven at 7am.
Supposedly you get a free wheel spin everyday, for the past three days I have not been getting mine. The most pathetic part of all this is the fact that you have a support chat that you get no response on. Your site is the ****tiest out of all to think my friend convinced me that your site is the best I beg to differ as you can't even keep to your offer that you put forward. I hope that many people see this review and stop using Jackpot city you guys suck
I finished at Webhelp on the 1st of October 2022 I worked a complaints advisor on the Unilever campaign, where we were used to do work and not get paid correctly for it worked OT and didn't even get paid OT. I was advised that my OT hours that I had worked for the month of September and my lave days will be paid at the End of the October only to find nothing has been paid. This was advised to me by my manager at the time Tashlyn Augustyn which was confirmed by the operations manager Faiz Jacob's who is now telling me I must check my payslip online and let him know when I messaged him to say that I have not received my money. In all honesty Webhelp is the worst company that you can work for you will work yourself to death then you will not be appreciated if you not a ass licker at webhelp then you are treated like the way they treating me now and also the lies that they sell is beyond me. Please pay me my money do right with the people that you owe it's stealing from us and that is a criminal offense I will be taking this to the CCMA you are a bunch of crooks disgusting
Standing in town since 17:06 waiting for the 17:30 the Hague bus and it never came the 18:00 came now had to take the bus because I have no other choice now I need to put my life in danger because I must now walk to voorbrug and it's dark the worst service ever in this city is golden arrow may you guys loose alot of business you so expensive but give the kakest service in the world you should be ashamed.
I am trying to get assistance from the absa call center all that is happening is some lady speaking for more than a hour with no answer worst service in the world of banking call centers you guys suck.
The worst service ever I swear they have you hold on the line for a hour then when you speak to someone they say that they will put you through to the correct department then drop the line really scamming people with their money so ****ed and disappointed.
I have been trying to get my Provident fund from capita for a number of years now since I have resigned but no one is assisting me the worst experience ever I wouldn't advise anyone to work for capita.
Golden arrow is pathetic to go up with their bus fare by a R7 worst service and still expensive
The service is the worst ever money that belongs to you , money that you worked hard for you have to wait for , for months on end and when you start working again you don't get that money like really the worst uif services in the world I swear.
Capitec is the most pathetic bank that I have ever come across in my life last week on the 21st December I went to the bank and the lines was super long so I went to Nedbank ATM as the lines was shorter and I needed to get to work so I went where the lines was shorter then the ATM jamed and pulled back a 800 of my money I then called Nedbank who advised me to go to my bank which is Capitec who then advised me I must wait 30 business days I then went about calling and going to the bank for the last week for feedback and not once could they tell me what was happening after I have given them all the proof of what had happened I need my money and I trusted Capitec to get my issue sorted but they failed me.
