i was ****d and ****** in 2017 and found myself in hospital, the company AWOL me because of no communication upon return with the relevant docs they told to attend icasa and be accompanied by my manager everyday up until i finish the course for 3 weeks to ensure i attend and that they have to find me fit and proper to work. the following day after the conversation was had with kenny the Ops manager at the time, my manager Angie sakhula refused to take me to icasa and told me i was wasting her time and told me to come back tomorrow cause she has things to do and so i went back again and she said shes not interested in accompanying me and would make sure that she notes me as a note not to be re-employed ever again by the company. i couldnt understand why and how she wouldnt help me as i was never a trouble maker at work and only that once. i needed my manager who knew of what i had gone through which made me suffer from depression and anxiety.. i was never the same again because it was my first job after high school and i was the only bread winner at home. i tried re applying at webhelp under concentrix in 2024 january and passed all interview stages 100% however on the day of contract signing i was told i wont be re-employed because of what my manager noted down. i explained to the Hr Lady about the incident and that i suffered alot from the experience but she never cared and only told me to write to mpho matabane, whom didnt respond back and got an email stating that i was unsuccesful. it was never my fault that i got ****d and ****** off an opportunity i fought so hard for to get. i still wonder why people dont have any sense of remorse anymore. i hope they do better with management and how to deal with such cases in future

Webhelp SA has the worst recruiting staff. I app**** for vacancies on their site, the recruitment consultants have beem harassing me whole day for information to why I haven't attended one of the interviews to a point where it became harassment. A recruitment consultant by the name of Kauthar continuously called me even though I dropped the line the first 3times, the job application process is putrit. I have never been harassed by a company for a job and in the South Africa we live where the unemployment rate is high, BPO recruiters seem to take advantage of applicants to meet their own personal stats.

The whole company is not the problem , Campaign VERIZON management sucks I resigned and had incentive money due to me i have been talking to my previous manager she keeps saying its escalted but never gives me feed back ....I have a lot of complaints including employee abuse they will forever make you feel like your job is not safe, higher managers talk to employees unprofessionally and treat em like trash and make you work under difficult conditions etc its a lot ...really i dont care about all they did to me at this point i just want my money

So far this is one of the best call centre's to work for. They really know how to reward hard work and their staff have excellent benefits and opportunities to grow in the business. Well done keep up the excellent work and good work ethics. 👌

the place was okay, i met some great people especially in vodafone campaign but I dont know how jerome naidoo became an OPS manager he is absolutely useless and if vodafone fail its because of this man he dont know anything

TASNIEN CANTERBURY NADIEM MOSAVAL DEAN JACKSON FAZLIN ADAMS FARIEDA MUFUMBI (Human Resources) This is a management team at webhelp...Nadiem Mosaval uses a drug called COCAIN at the company in the boardroom on a daily basis. However in the time of a injury of 1 of there staff member he rights lies in the report and tel the consultant that he has Google the medication clearly stating the trauma to the consultants ear as the doctor stated on his certificate is not true. The doctor told the Consultant that he needs to go for a scan and the medical aid does not cover it...Nadiem clearly shows no intrest in helping or caring about the staff along as he can be HIGH. Tasnien is the manager that kept the staff member with the injury from 2pm until 5pm then said he can leave but it will be unpaid ( Bare in mind the consultant got injury at work) Webhelp....Fazlin Adam's is the Team leader that made the consultant sit at his desk with severe pain like a 5 year old. He asked to go to the doctor he was advise to buy himself ponadoes and also purchase his own bottle of water. FARIEDA was the HR we have reported to after the incident...she stated " This is very serios " yet she has now not got back to and allowing the management to handle this in there own way knowing about the drugs about management. A few years ago someone actually threw themselves off the balcony at webhelp...many staff member resigned on a daily basis because of the pathetic management at the company. DEAN Is now in the UK . NADIEM did not let the consultant fill in his own IOD form he wrote it himself and left out all the wrong management faults out of it. Webhelp is a young adults killer and not a employment for people to earn a salary to provide for there families.

The worst management ever. I have a pay query from August even today I am still waiting for my money. They keep promising they will give me my money back each and every month and keep on saying they have a backlog of pay queries. This has been ongoing for 4 months

Worst workplace ever! Management is poor and when we voice out, you go for hearing. I resigned back in March and I still haven't got my salary and the Management is ignoring me.
