I stay in khayelitsha and make use of GABS to travel to work and back home. I have lodged multiple complaints about their services but nothing is changing. Its like no body cares. The amount we pay for the tickets does not replicate in their service. Its appalling...it's like it's a ****. When you call to lodge a company...no one calls you. They just send you an sms with a so called reason for their failed service. One takes time to call and they prefer sending you an sms. It goes to show there is no care ...the service is deteriorating at an alarming speed.

They have thee worst service ever and their staff have no customer etiquette. I’ve been sent from pillar to post with no resolution to my issue. No accountability for the negligence caused by an employee, who was busy watching a series on her phone while servicing me.

TIC Reference:7200675279 the afternoon bus from Electric City to Karl Bremer Hosp is always late making us as Nurses late for work everyday.We miss handover of patients which is very crucial in our profession.The morning bus from Karl Bremer Hosp to Electric City is always late reaching Tygerberg Hospital between 07H35 -08H00 imagine coming out of night shift and only get a bus home at that time.We have been Complaining to Inspectors but our cries are in vain.Ever since they made changes this year we are getting the worst service from Golden Arrow Bus Service.Being always late at work is not a good record and also getting home late from night shift while you are expected to work again the same evening.I,m always having a small preyer on my way to work and say lord let there be no Resuscitation while im still travelling to work with a late bus because a life can be lost.Please help us with this issue of Golden Arrow Bus because our jobs as nurses deal with human life.This company must prioritize us as Nurses.They must allocate a bus from Electric City to Karl Bremer Hosp not this this of waiting for a bus that start at 15H00 in Cape Town to Khayelitsha which gets stuck on the N2 hence its traffic jam time there after come and pick us it will always be late.The same in the morning there must be a dedicated bus at Karl Bremer Hosp to Electric City at 06H50 not this thing of waiting for a bus coming from Khayelitsha and got stuck in Luzuko and ended up reaching KBH very late.

Dear Golden Arrow Bus Services, I'm writing to complain about a terrible experience on your bus KB18, Bus 3018 (driver 89421) on Saturday at 13:37:54. I was heading to Philippi East, ticket #143305. I rang the bell at Luzuko, but the driver ignored me. He stopped in a coloured area after Luzuko, which made me feel unsafe with my 2-year-old daughter. I had to take a mini taxi back to the traffic lights to get off. The driver's rudeness was unacceptable. I'm worried about safety and service quality. I have had a repetition of encounters of drivers not knowing the exact route. Last week the driver drove and knocked against a poll this was scary as the windows cracked and nearly fell on us passengers. Today a similar incident occurred the driver again did not know the route I find this extremely unprofessional and I hope that our safety will be taken more seriously and that a guider will be on route to safer passengers in the future.

Yesterday (25 February 2026) at 7:27 am bus 4551 did not stop a red light (jump a red light) on the corner of Darling and Castle streets in Cape Town. Stopping cm's away from me on a bicycle, then continues to nudge forward almost pushing me out of the way. Clearly "the bus for us" does not include cyclists.

I take the city Bellville 5:10pm route, Everytime we get a respectful, reliable driver he gets removed and taken to another route Do not remove our driver / 89040 from the route He has told us this is his last shift on this route!!! And we are angry
