I am writing this on behalf of a Hout bay route bus via drift sands ,from harare at 5am . it is very sad that we have to suffer after the company decided to remove our driver that was actually taking us to work on time, we now facing challenges of being late to work having to explain to your manager that we still dont have a driver for this route . do you guys first investigate the disadvantage of passengers before you remove a driver from their routes on top of that you put different drivers to this route each and every week we getting new drivers that some doesn't even know the route , can you please guys return our driver back thats all we are asking from you .some of individuals are already getting warnings for being late and who know what will happen to them for constantly being late because golden arrow doesn't care about us at all . as we speak we are stuck by SA metal, we are even behind buses that are leaving the depo after our bus hayi guys this is not fair for us , please hear us.
What a terrible experience, Since my mom went yo report a fault on the prepaid box on the 21 of april and she got the following Eskom Reference Number:1157288078 no one came since that Tuesday mind you we still dont have electricity and ontop of that im a work from home agent now i must go around asking to work from my neighbors .please guys do something this is not on , atleas a day can pass but not so much days without being attended no communication atleast go say we are still bussy with your query its just quiet we must figure it out yourself. Today is friday who know when will they come our food is being thrown away now cz fridge is off.
Been going back and forth with intellicell just for my account to br closed and I asked for my debit order to be cancelled cause I'm done paying them, but still they are debating my account for what , the refunded me last month my 2months money debited but still yet again I'm debited this morning and now I'm asking proof confirmation that my debit is cancelled by them and they can't send me that instead they can send a paid up letter after 40days for something that is not my fault what do I do cause I really can't wait that long for my paidup letter and comformation that debit is cancelled.
