My Golden Arrows bus card stopped working and it was not damaged or anything it had 20 rides, when I went to the kiosk at the terminus they never told me what was wrong with the card and they just told me that I must buy a new card and load new rides then send an email for my rides to be transferred however I never got my rides back because they said they want my last receipt of the old card that’s not working, after that they have been ignoring my emails. This such an unacceptable situation because how can they treat customers like this and ontop of that how do their complaints department not have phone how do they expect consultants to answer our questions.
