TIC Reference:7200675279 the afternoon bus from Electric City to Karl Bremer Hosp is always late making us as Nurses late for work everyday.We miss handover of patients which is very crucial in our profession.The morning bus from Karl Bremer Hosp to Electric City is always late reaching Tygerberg Hospital between 07H35 -08H00 imagine coming out of night shift and only get a bus home at that time.We have been Complaining to Inspectors but our cries are in vain.Ever since they made changes this year we are getting the worst service from Golden Arrow Bus Service.Being always late at work is not a good record and also getting home late from night shift while you are expected to work again the same evening.I,m always having a small preyer on my way to work and say lord let there be no Resuscitation while im still travelling to work with a late bus because a life can be lost.Please help us with this issue of Golden Arrow Bus because our jobs as nurses deal with human life.This company must prioritize us as Nurses.They must allocate a bus from Electric City to Karl Bremer Hosp not this this of waiting for a bus that start at 15H00 in Cape Town to Khayelitsha which gets stuck on the N2 hence its traffic jam time there after come and pick us it will always be late.The same in the morning there must be a dedicated bus at Karl Bremer Hosp to Electric City at 06H50 not this thing of waiting for a bus coming from Khayelitsha and got stuck in Luzuko and ended up reaching KBH very late.
I would like to thank Ofentshe Khumalo for taking upon herself the responsibility of liason between myself and Cell C store at Promenade Mall, the contract is not yet canceled but at least she is updating me of what is going on, something that the store failed to do.
I pay my commitment fee on 4 October 2022 for existing contract 0610430720 & ask the consultant Mario to cancel it so that I can take up a new one and I don't want to pay 2 contracts. I gave him proof of payment and my ID he then re-assured me thetha that the contact is being canceled, so I can take a second one. I noticed my debit order is high so went to the store only to find out that the 1st contract was never canceled & I'm paying for for both contracts still. He told he referred the matter to area manager & I also spoke to the store manager (Candice) but till today the 1st contract is not canceled. The worst part nobody from Cell C is calling me to give me an update. Today I went to Zevenwacht Mall to ask for Cell C head office here in Cape Town the guy I spoke to told me that they are not allowed to give the address to customer because it's invasion of privacy.
