I have had a repetition of encounters of drivers not knowing the exact route. Last week the driver drove and knocked against a poll this was scary as the windows cracked and nearly fell on us passengers. Today a similar incident occurred the driver again did not know the route I find this extremely unprofessional and I hope that our safety will be taken more seriously and that a guider will be on route to safer passengers in the future.
One of my favorite brands, I love this brand. It has so many different flavours and expresses my personality proudly. I love how it makes me feel confident.
The day I bought my first few of makeup products. The customer service was so lovely and the store was clean. Properly maintained, I love clicks and it has everything that I need on a monthly basis.
On the 11th December 2025 I ordered food on Uber Eats mistakenly and immediately cancelled my order. I got a hold of a the customer service and successfully canceled my order. But the order amount was still taken from my account. I am a student I do not work and I need my money back. I am getting no response. The amount was R149.
Good day Sir/Madam I would like to dispute a unauthorised transaction. I was unfairly treated and maliciously charged for a fee that I was not liable to pay. I was charged for a cleaning fee of R500 on a uber trip, which I was not told about, and I did not mess in the car. I exhausted all avenues. I’ve contacted uber regarding the Uber driver that adjust my fee 5 days later after I took an Uber. How is it possible for a uber driver to adjust my fee 5 days later and said it went straight into Victors account. I am a student and I am very unhappy. I have evidence of the original fee and the adjustment that was deducted.
