Good day, I hope this email finds you well. With my overall experience as a Brand Ambassador for Oh So Heavenly, I would like to bring to your attention feedback received from my customers regarding the baby product range. While customers genuinely love and enjoy the quality of the baby products, there has been growing dissatisfaction due to the fact that these products are rarely, if ever, included in specials or promotional campaigns. This concern has been raised particularly during major sales periods such as Black Friday and other promotional events, where customers observed that baby products were excluded. Customers feel disappointed, as they would also appreciate the opportunity to benefit from discounts or promotions when purchasing products for their babies. They value the brand and remain loyal, but they have expressed a desire for more inclusive promotions. I kindly request that this feedback be considered and that possible solutions be explored to allow customers to enjoy occasional specials or promotional offers on baby products as well. I love the Classic Care, Moisture Burst Body Wash. Recently started using the Aloe Vera Shampoo and conditioner. I love it. It makes my hair super soft and what I love about the conditioner is that it doesn't make my hair oily.. Hair stays cleaner for longer. I would recommend it to anyone who struggles with a sensitive scalp. I went from and well known and expensive brand to Oh So Heavenly and have not looked back since.

i am writting this review with dissapointment and disatisfaction as a loyal customer of your products i normally order online and i have notice that from lastyear all the lotions and body washs i order i receive them half orleaking same happned again i order via clicks and when my products arrived they are half, at 1st i thought it was mistake and i let it go but again.

It has now been a complete of 4 business days to get a product returned / exchanged from Oh so Heavenly. It is complete LACK of competence from the apparent "brand community manager" Anelisa Fikeni to get a simple request resolved. There is either NO response, feedback or update or NO resolution offered. Unless consistent follow ups from the customers side is sent - no customer service is provided. Customer service should include constant updates on a problem reported and a swift response to resolve any issues raised - However as mentioned - we are on day 4 and still nothing. My request for a department manager or someone capable of resolving a customer complaint is ignored.

As a long-term supporter and advocator of your products, I'm really disappointed to have recently discovered that you use the Beauty Without Cruelty stamp on all your products yet use ingredients in some of your products that, while not tested on animals, come from animals (products like your Creamy Caress body cream include lactose and hy****ysed milk protein). I'm saddened that what I thought was a cruelty-free range actually isn't. The dairy industry is one of the cruellest industries in animal agriculture. You should really be rethinking a) what you put into your products and b) removing the Beauty Without Cruelty stamp from products that contain ingredients derived from animal exploitation. Just be transparent. It matters to consumers like me. Ingredients: Water, Paraffinum Liquidum (Mineral Oil), Stearic Acid, Cetearyl Alcohol, Petrolatum, Glycerin, Glyceryl Stearate Se, Triethanolamine, Fragrance, Butyro*****um Parkii (Shea) Butter, Theobroma Cacao (Cocoa) Seed Butter, Acrylates/C10-30 Alkyl Acrylate Crosspolymer, Cyclopentasiloxane, *Hy****yzed Milk Protein*, *Lactose*, Yoghurt Extract, Polysorbate 60, Cyclohexasiloxane, Disodium EDTA, BHT, DMDM Hydantoin, Methylparaben, Propylparaben, Hydroxyisohexyl 3-Cyclohexene Carboxaldehyde, Benzyl Benzoate, Coumarin, Geraniol, Citronellol, Benzyl Salicylate, Alpha-Isomethyl Ionone, Linalool, Butylphenyl Methylpropional.
