I made an order November 28th they were quick to take my money to this day December 11th 2024 I still have not received my order the online delivery service is useless I will never from them online again complete mess no one you can speak to just robots I keep getting emails with no real updates u can't call them at all please avoid ordering fork them online even in store their staff of not friendly so cold never willing to assist a customer only if you have a lighter skin colour of course I have had it up to here the last time I spoke to the courier was December 6th saying he will deliver he called twice which was ram now it says rts which I never asked for I just want my ****ing earings I swear I will never use their online system again totally pathetic I could used shein or temu to get the items lovisa is causing such a huge inconvenience I wanted to wear the items for my birthday but no I have to wait they can't even get me a refund back or updates
I have sent you numerous request to unblock my sewer drain it is very full I keep getting back references that does not help me I am sick and I can't even shower me or do my washing or w ash my hair or wash my dishes it takes 3 days for u to come back to me I have had this issue since the beginning of the year and before I never had this issues
Hi i went to shoprite this evening and this happened the cashier caryn franke was struggling with the customer before myself ,there were 3 of them around eachother , the 1 cashier was tickling the other while the cashier was helping the customer the transaction did not go through , the cashier then told the customer that the pin was wrong, this while they where playing around I then came up to the till point and said " can u focus please " , bearing in mind she was helping a customer and workin with money Then the cashier suddenly answer with an attitude saying why must she keep her mouth? She calls a controller to remove the transaction ,all the while givin me a ugly attitude The controller reaches the tillpoint and tell the cashier to keep quiet , i even try to calm her down by saying its fine its done She then ask wat do i want her to do , then i reply to her that her attitide towards the customer is appalling and while she works with money she not paying attention to the transaction She asked again wat must she do now , cos i came up to her with an attitude I explained to her y i was upset with her and she disnt even care tht her controller told her 2wice to keep quiet and respondes " for what mist i keep my mouth who is she then" i told her pollitly to enjpy the rest of the day then she replied , " i will because i am always happy The way she spoke to myself and infront of other customers and also disregarding her controllers instruction to keep quiet was the most disrespectful i have ever seen in a Shoprite store In all the years of attenting tht store i have neva been so disrespected by any of the cashiers or staff members . Action needs to be takin againts that kind of disrespect in the workplace And i also felt tht if i had been dressed a certain way she might she have treated me with more respect
Good morning it is literally month end and i am still waiting i am deeply disappointed in still waiting for this little money i am really disgusted and disappointed in the wced i know you dont know me but thus is not fair can you please ask someone to make the payments i have been waiting for two weeks and more
Fantastic restaurant, great views all around,greatfood,quickservice platter for 1 and meditarian mussel starter was delicious including the drinks thanks to Jacques the manager@blueroute mall and staff for the great service from me and hubby we appreciate you and oceanbasket
me and a colleague decided to spend the day at spur topeka we started off with breakfast my Buffalo wings waa cold I told the waiter she did not do anything about it later i ordered the main meal which was a bigger and chips had a hair in and it was yet cold again i called the manager and he gave a brand new meal and then me and a college just went to the bathroom.we retured our seat was given to another customer and we were forced to take another seat the waiter refused to use my voucher when I paid insisted I pay in cash the full total I was not happy with the service definitely won't be returning to topeka spur Kenilworth bad service and even my takeaway bag broke that day upon leaving bad service
CityofCT I have no water since flippen Saturday I have logged numerous requests and nobody is bothering to come out to my property and nobody at the call center cares enough to make this urgency even though I have pleaded with you so I am taking this viral everyone @CityofCT of cape Town does a **** job but every month i must keep paying for water and electricity and I have a sick mother
I was called for a interview today on the 23 june 2020 at checkers plumstead but interviewer never pitched iwas waiting for two hours in the store nobody assisted i will not ever waste anytime again applying at checkers or shopping at any checkers again
I went for a interview at exl and I was called by elmarievan rensburg from surgo my so called recruiter who calls me a week later to say I am successful twice and a few weeks later she went quiet not responding to my emails or calls then I emailed her again on the 19 August 2019 she claims I'm unsuccessful so I was led o to believe I would start work on 2nd September 2019 at exl in cbd cape town by elmarie
I'm deeply shocked and disgusted by the customer service of DStv I called up month end to cancel my DStv because I didn't know if I could afford the full package then later I got paid and I could afford it I phoned back to reconnect my services as it was successful terminated so I spoke to the agent who didn't give her name and I asked her three times please take the money out of my account she advised no need you can pay month end of March mam I told her I don't want to come in the middle of March and we have no DStv and it happened just so I called thapelo who said he will do a callback a week ago and let me know he didn't do that he rather sends me a survey and no feed back so a week later a get. Message to say I must pay DStv when I do that have any money now and the next day I wake up no DStv I called them itumeleng tells me I will listen to the call now just hold on I waited door 30 mins and made a video too too show how incompetence DStv is ,then I called back and spoke a guy again who refused to help me which I can't believe speaks to a customer like that .thanks DStv for your **** service to our agents needs to be trained to lie better. You never give feedback but expect money.
