Aux aircon Distributor- No service,no refund

Worse service ever.I was directed to the Aux aircon distributor near my area which Caterquip - Lifestyle ballito.I then paid for the aircon and installation.Fistly was told 4 days then a week they will come,1 week passed no update no installation.We have to follow up with them,they promise to get back,2 weeks still on installation.We asked for a refund and was told that they don't do refunds yet still no installation done.With such a poor service and false responses one can't trust anything that they say.We can't get our money back as well as no air-conditioning installed.
