On Saturday, my brother’s vehicle was hijacked. It was a very shocking and stressful situation, but Phumzile Cilo stayed calm, professional, and extremely helpful. From the start, she guided us step by step, explaining everything clearly and giving us much-needed reassurance. She went far beyond normal service—she understood our worries, acted quickly, and made a very difficult situation much easier to handle. Worse service ever.I was directed to the Aux aircon distributor near my area which Caterquip - Lifestyle ballito.I then paid for the aircon and installation.Fistly was told 4 days then a week they will come,1 week passed no update no installation.We have to follow up with them,they promise to get back,2 weeks still on installation.We asked for a refund and was told that they don't do refunds yet still no installation done.With such a poor service and false responses one can't trust anything that they say.We can't get our money back as well as no air-conditioning installed.

Had an extremely upsetting experience at one of your branches in the South. I went to renew my card and had a rude consultant questioning my old which had a wrap. She pulled her face as if she was disgusted that I chose to wrap my card. WORSE then this is that she was chatting on WhatsApp on her PC, I didn't even know that this was allowed in a workplace. She did not greet me as she was looking at her chats, I had to greet her. When she asked me to place my finger on the machine for fingerprints I asked her if it was wiped- she took off with me for this and **** saying it was wiped, however a fingerprint was visible. I am totally shocked that consultants are able to behave this way with clients and is seriously considering changing my bank.

Pathetic after-sales service. Quick to sell you something but when it comes to repairs, they are disorganised and unprofessional. Simple things like calling to confirm availibility before pithing or checking if there is loadshedding for that area is somhow beyond their ability and always have a million excuses. If you can, AVOID CAPITAL AIR in KZN and use some other provider

I was with Mercantile over 10 years, services 3 of my bonds with them, all our point of sales for our business was with them, all our business accounts as well. AS soon as Capitec took over, service became nothing, but shocking there. Why would you take amazing bank and destroy it???Your Business manager Johash and Dimakatso are the most useless stuff members I ever dealt with! Sent them 3 emails within 2 days They wouldn't reply to calls, emails, wouldn't pitch up for your meeting with them, now I am trying to close my accounts with them as I moved my accounts to another bank 2 days I am trying to get a response from them with NO LUCK, think should give them a CURTESY visit to the branch!!!The amount of money this people were making from us and service we got its just shocking!!!!!!
