Pathetic after-sales service. Quick to sell you something but when it comes to repairs, they are disorganised and unprofessional. Simple things like calling to confirm availibility before pithing or checking if there is loadshedding for that area is somhow beyond their ability and always have a million excuses. If you can, AVOID CAPITAL AIR in KZN and use some other provider
Worst customer experience ever!!! Bought goods online in November and still not received. Called (useless) call center to cancel and was told refund would reflect 3-5 days... Almost 2 weeks later and still nothing. My next step is legal action. DON'T USE THE ONLINE SHOP.. EVER
