****** pathetic joke this bank, for the last 3 weeks trying to close business accounts, only thing they are doing is keep juggling us from one person to another and keep taking money from accounts and R145 a day honouring fee, absolute JOKE!!!@!!
This place is a damn joke, how can people expect 48 hours for the ticket to be transferred to the technical team so they can even look at what problem might even be????We arent even talking about fixing **** sakes, just looking at it????R you okey there????We have to sit without Internet for a damn week when we work with the help of the internet , watch TV with the help of damn Internet, entertain kids with the help of damn ineternet????For over a grand a month?????R you for real???No, thank you, changing it to Afrihost !!!! God forbid i had to buy from this place ever again , I contacted this branch explaining what horrible service we received from Northriding one, stuff we ordered we never received, same story is here, paid early morning friday(was told yo pay early so can get tiles afternoon) its monday afternoon nothing is at the branch, (not the tiles that were supposed to arrive on Friday eveb)everyone acts like they have no clue what is going on even though I ve been chatting to their sales assistant since 9 am today, explaining I have a team of tilers waiting for tiles to finish the job, manager keep hiding somewhere, was sitting for half an hour while they kept pointing fingers on each other, service I dont know how this people are still in business, never in my life i will buy from this place ever again
I was with Mercantile over 10 years, services 3 of my bonds with them, all our point of sales for our business was with them, all our business accounts as well. AS soon as Capitec took over, service became nothing, but shocking there. Why would you take amazing bank and destroy it???Your Business manager Johash and Dimakatso are the most useless stuff members I ever dealt with! Sent them 3 emails within 2 days They wouldn't reply to calls, emails, wouldn't pitch up for your meeting with them, now I am trying to close my accounts with them as I moved my accounts to another bank 2 days I am trying to get a response from them with NO LUCK, think should give them a CURTESY visit to the branch!!!The amount of money this people were making from us and service we got its just shocking!!!!!!

The most shocking service we have ever received!!!!! We have been booked for an appointment today at 9 am (we have 2 emails confirming this) to redo their job as it hasnt been done properly last time, up untill now no one has pitched up, when we called them they acted like they have no idea who we are (even though we have received a reminder email from their website), my husband had to take time off work, we had to organise doggy care to get the dog, we have a year old child who has to sleep ( they spray poison, so we need time to fan it so its safe to sleep) no one cares, after resending emails with confirmation the answer was ahhhh, we will come today, what time we dont know, what damn nonsense is that??????????First of all the job was done poorly other time ( they were also half an hour late without being bothered to notify us!!!) and today they didint even bother to pitch up!!!!And never mind we have paid over a thousand rand for 15 minutes of their time!!!!And they just say we will call you back and they never do!!!!
Absolutely disgusted by service of DHL South Africa, I have sent a parcel to Russia and have paid R700, parcel hasnt been delivered as apparently you are not allowed to send a T shirt and chocolate to Russia ( I have never been told that something like this might be a problem), so now parcel is coming back after it has reached the final destination, it has never been delivered (this is what for I have paid 50 dollars for ) and now they are saying its my problem, how is it my problem??????No one from DHL bothered to let me know , so you havent done the job, but took my money????What joke is it????And as cherry on top for sending my friends their tshirt in order to get that parcel back I will have to pay custom fees, my question what type of idiots are employed by DHL who dont check what they send and only realise it when it reached the destination already????? wb#1220611770
This place is such a fraud, someone made them really nice website that makes you believe its really reputable place (factory as they say), they make you pay R250 in order to make 30 minutes appointment, when we pitched up there the place looks like dodgy abandoned shop with nothing inside, of course no one pitched up for the appointment, there is no contact number to reach them, they dont reply on Instagram or Facebook as well, so they just steal your money, place like this must be reported to the police!!!
Disgusting service!!!!For the last 6 days trying to get hold of them, siting on the phone for 20 minutes with no response, my parcel is in SA for 2 weeks and no one bothers to deliver It!!!!! Always work with DHL, never had issues, will never use FEDEX again!!!!!!
4 months ago have received a phone call to upgrade my line from R1350 a for 50 MB month to R1199 for a 100 MB, the person told me it will be done automatically and it will be cheaper, since than Internet got worse and when I went to Cell C they told me nothing has been done and my account in areas as I am paying less as I ve been told from Cell C, within 3 days can't get hold of this people keep switching you to the most useless operators that at the end just tell you OHHHH, just send us an email and we will respond!!!!The most useless people I had to deal with!!!
