Recently I purchased a corner entry shower door from iTILE Northriding branch. The measurements on the box are 900x900x1800. The floor was tiled to this size. Upon installation of the shower door, it was discovered that the correct measurements are 880x880x1800. This caused the tiles to be chopped up, and replaced, requiring me to buy more tiles, and pay the tiler extra for his labour. I called the branch to complain and their response was that they round up the sizes to the next big number. This is unacceptable, as this statement is not indicated on their website. I bought two shower columns from them around July towards month end. I went to collect both of them. My plumber installed one in one bathroom and there was no leak everything was good. We discovered the problem with the second one it was installed and was leaking on one of g e knobs immediately on installation. I took video of same and sent it to the shop and write an email complaining of same. They sent a very ************* technician to come and check it. He told me that the plumber did not install his pipes properly when he talks to the plumber he gives a different story. He confessed to him that it's not only the knob that is leaking that has a problem but all the knobs and they need replacement. This was confirmed by him stripping all the knobs from the shower. He left and promised to come back. As we realized when talking to plumber that there is a problem I told them to replace it as it has problems. They end up agreeing to replace it and delivered another one and take one with problem. Even the one brought as replacement it was installed and it's leaking as well. I also took video of same and sent them together with an email. Since I advised them of that problem they are ignoring both my WhatsApp and emails. They are silent. Romeo told me Wednesday that they will contact me but nothing is happening. They ate delaying my plumbing progress. I have requested the to come and collect it and refund me the money paid as it is. Now they are silent they don't want to take responsibility. Kindly assist please.

I bought a shower unit from this business. When installing the shower one of the glass panels exploded into small pieces. They claimed the glass was shatter proof which proved not to be the case. I reported this to the branch Manager as she has promised to have the glass replaced . Two weeks have almost lapsed and I am still battling to get this issue resolved. I call on a daily basis and been told that their glass experts will contact me. This is pathetic customer service. I have been reduced to begging

Do not waste your money purchasing the Jamaica Tri Fold Bath screen. Does not prevent water from spilling out the bath-tub. I was informed by iTile that it's not supposed to prevent water from coming out. I think I purchased and installed a piece of bath-tub decor, as it's not serving the purpose that it was purchased for. Waste of money buying the item and further waste on money paying someone to install it. Will have to pay someone to remove it, and then still lose out 15% to return it to iTile. Disappointed.

Do not waste your money purchasing the Jamaica Tri Fold Bath screen. Does not prevent water from spilling out the bath-tub. I was informed by iTile that it's not supposed to prevent water from coming out. I think I purchased and installed a piece of bath-tub decor, as it's not serving the purpose that it was purchased for. North Riding Branch 18 Dec 2023 I purchased a few items including two basins from the North Riding Branch on the said date. After finalising the quotation I was then told that they were unable to do a sale via pos device as the manager had decided to cash up, despite there being a sale in process. It was confirmed that all items were in stock. I was told to make an EFT payment, which I did later that evening. The next morning I was called and told that they did not have the basins in stock, and they were sold the next morning. I went onto the online site and the basins show as available and not out of stock. The entire sales process on store and online as well is flawed and down not work well.

Itile Hello Mr/Mrs My name is Joyce Maboe resident of hammanskraal ,contact number 0721407460 Am writing this review regarding itile on the shower i bought on the 09/092023 and was delivered on the 14/09/2023. My worry is that on the day of shower installation the sides broke as they were lifted, meaning anything could've have happen along the way from the store to my house and yes i know is too good to be true but thats exactly what happen.....i did report the incident at the store i couldn't find help and Kagiso was the guy assigned to help. DON'T BUY FROM ITILE!!!!!! Charge you 15% for refund!!Can not get a hold of head office!!! Don't inform u about this wen you buy from them this is ******. CTM and Tile Africa don't do this. the invoice was not even signed to acknowledge that I new about the 15%, LOST R1200!!!

Products look fancy but don’t work try getting assistance from the branch in Witbank it’s been 3 months make follow up calls simply say they forgot to log call with H/Q buy at your own peril
