Date 25th June 2025 This morning I tried calling budget insurance for more than 3 times, the 1st 2 times my line was not clear asked if they can call me back as I want to do cancelations with them I got no calls and I then bought airtime on my other cellphone so that I can hear them clearly which worked but then after speaking to their consultant for help and understanding why I cancel my policy I was asked to hold for 1 minutes which I did and boomed hanged up on me I thought it's my airtime but no I still had some airtime left when I tried calling my line wouldn't go through so here I am asking myself that I need to cancel because month end is here and start with another insurance because budgets access money is high and their monthly installment with no car hire and the new insurance I got offer me that at a low monthly installment and lower access.
So I made a qoute through this guy's with one of their broker I think his name was Wandile unaware it's only after I had fee like R1200 to be charged which I didn't understand why and then did agree to the policy he was selling me because he was trying to give me a low installment deal which I then didn't agree to and he went to sell me almost the same deal I had with budget insurance straight, that's when I told him that yes I see you are selling me almost the same deal I have but yours is a bit high but maybe R100 or so and ****her ask about the once off R1200 which to me as a client was a bit unfair to pay but knowing how guys like them can be he convinced me but now what made me call him back and say look I have to cancel on you because I already have an insure and plus I notice that the debit order of R1200 which I was told to be once of debited on every week Tuesday, that didn't sit right with me I called for canceling I think even now I hasn't been canceled and my account has been charged debit fees on that because I declined the offer but seem the cancelation process o his side is not being made because I also emailed Budget insurance hoping they can cancel that one policy in my name that I don't want but they said they can I need to contact Bsure insured and of which I did again but even now the policy ref no is still there. I'm not happy at all and if that amount of money goes out of my account it will effect me on my monthly expenses I just bought a car and I don't want drama because someone is just after money but doesn't listen nor take initiative to see that the right thing is done.
I've been enquiring and calling for cancelation of credit cards open in my name I don't know of and documents was requested from me which I did send but to this day those teo credit card appear in my credit score app and this affects me to doing and loan or credit

My worry is that on the day of shower installation the sides broke as they were lifted, meaning anything could've have happen along the way from the store to my house and yes i know is too good to be true but thats exactly what happen.....i did report the incident at the store i couldn't find help and Kagiso was the guy assigned to help. So Friday I made a purchase which included delivery, a deposit of R200 before and was not happy with the product delivered by the company , I then decided to take the matter forward on their WhatsApp platform for follow up and advise on how to go about the complain I was then told they will make follow up with delivery guys which to this day am still waiting for that and my texts are being ignored.
Am writing this as s sad citizen of the township of Mabopane, on the 07th August went to terminus police station regarding job application that is out for police trainee for 2023/2024, the admin lady there was not so nice at all for the time I got there till I left, she also refused to assist me with stapples and said to me there they don't check papers after I submitted my application I was surprised to get a call and told it's rejected because the is no proof of residence according to her which is not even stated on the job adverti*****t ence i didnt include, I was so so sad and disappointed to hear this because am out here trying to apply for a job.
Am writing this as an unhappy client/customer of Telkom as I was requested to send proof of account that reflects that there was money in my account before the debit order date last month (june) which I was charged a fee for but then Sinenhlanhla( Telkom's consultant) explained to me that It will be substrate from this months payment (July 31) if really it happens that the was indeed money in the account and that has not happened, come to think of it this is a data sim card contract which I was/have to pay R200 every month but some time this year it start increasing every month and I've made a plea that this mustn't continue and I was promised it will not but am still experiencing such what is it expect of me because I called some many times and this kept on going and seems like it can't be resolved. The company has a credit in my name I don't know anything of they called me several times and I explained to them that I once lost my ID someone might have used my ID no but it's definitely not me, but to this day the 2 account in my name have not been closed and its been a while now. And all this is affecting my credit score and history
Good day my name is Obakeng Motileng am not happy at all with Telkom's services on my sim contract I took march 2022 which is about R200 monthly for 80 G day and night if am not mistaken to my understanding. My challenge lately has been that my monthly installment keep on going up and up each month and when I called the 1st time they said is subscription of which I don't know how because am only using my contract sim on a router not cellphone, the 2nd time I call they told me the subscription is removed but will only be active next coming month which still my monthly installment was up, then only this month they took like R236 which also is not the agreement monthly payment but anyways they took it becomes i always make sure the is enough money like R250 for the debit order each month, but again their an surprised and sad to have seen their invoice for end of July 2023 to be R411 which I must pay end of July for which I called again on 05 July 2023 regarding that I was told it's a fee fine for debit order which bounced because the was no money in my account( which was as always) of which I have statements as proof that the was money and send to them because i was ask to send to the consultant ,the consultant promised that the extra R202 on my account will be removed if yes indeed the was money. But now my challenge is yes money was there but they can say it wasn't enough hence I bounced back but now my question is what is the agreement amount on the sim contract and why do I have to always pay extra money so I ask that you help me on the above matter I can even check how much usage of data am I using and I try the telkom app and didn't go right too.
I bought water proof watch at the store Pretoria North on the 10th November 2022 then went to work as am a swimming instructor just when I got out of the water the same day the watch was not functioning anymore I then send a friend returned it to the store due to work commitments for refund or exchange on the 24 November which was rejected by the store manager. Please do assist me with the above matter thank you.
