Recently I purchased a corner entry shower door from iTILE Northriding branch. The measurements on the box are 900x900x1800. The floor was tiled to this size. Upon installation of the shower door, it was discovered that the correct measurements are 880x880x1800. This caused the tiles to be chopped up, and replaced, requiring me to buy more tiles, and pay the tiler extra for his labour. I called the branch to complain and their response was that they round up the sizes to the next big number. This is unacceptable, as this statement is not indicated on their website. The question is who is going to pay now for my extra cost, which I did not anticipate for? I am inserting a link for proof: https://itile.co.za/product/090-clrchr-corner-entry-shower-900x900x1800/
I am discussed by the way they treat their students. Not helpful at all with a undermining attitude. I called for advise, and i was told to contact the EEAB for the info they should provide me with. Yet they charge so much for a NQF4 course. Also I enrolled last year for the NQF4, paid a deposit of R500.00. Then I couldn't make it for the course and they did not refund me the money. What a rip off.

I logged a fault on the 30th of January 2017 for a faulty land line and ADSL problem. I am a Mweb subscriber, and they kept informing me that there is a cable fault in my area and technicians are attending the problem. Mweb is just the middle man and unfortunately the issue is with the Telkom monopoly. After 3 full weeks of "attending" to and waiting for parts issue, they now officially informed me that there is a nationwide cable shortage and the ETR is unknown. When I ask who manufactures these cables, nobody knows. Their response is that thy are sorry for this. This is an absurd situation and I am asking you to get to the bottom of this. I have spoken to numerous Telkom chat agents, but getting nowhere.
