15% for REFUND!!!
DON'T BUY FROM ITILE!!!!!! Charge you 15% for refund!!Can not get a hold of head office!!! Don't inform u about this wen you buy from them this is ******. CTM and Tile Africa don't do this. the invoice was not even signed to acknowledge that I new about the 15%, LOST R1200!!!
