Had an extremely upsetting experience at one of your branches in the South. I went to renew my card and had a rude consultant questioning my old which had a wrap. She pulled her face as if she was disgusted that I chose to wrap my card. WORSE then this is that she was chatting on WhatsApp on her PC, I didn't even know that this was allowed in a workplace. She did not greet me as she was looking at her chats, I had to greet her. When she asked me to place my finger on the machine for fingerprints I asked her if it was wiped- she took off with me for this and **** saying it was wiped, however a fingerprint was visible.
I am totally shocked that consultants are able to behave this way with clients and is seriously considering changing my bank.
