Had an extremely upsetting experience at one of your branches in the South. I went to renew my card and had a rude consultant questioning my old which had a wrap. She pulled her face as if she was disgusted that I chose to wrap my card. WORSE then this is that she was chatting on WhatsApp on her PC, I didn't even know that this was allowed in a workplace. She did not greet me as she was looking at her chats, I had to greet her. When she asked me to place my finger on the machine for fingerprints I asked her if it was wiped- she took off with me for this and **** saying it was wiped, however a fingerprint was visible. I am totally shocked that consultants are able to behave this way with clients and is seriously considering changing my bank.
Quicket was selling tickets for a Bollywood show which was postponed and later cancelled. It’s been over 3 months and we have not been REFUNDED!!!! they have ****** OUT HARD EARNED MONEY. I DEMAND AN IMMEDIATE RESPONSE!

Requested a return exactly 2 weeks ago, I still haven’t received my refund. No response from call centre mail. Upon calling them the only thing I’m told is that it’s waiting approval from the finance department. It’s not a small amount of money and it’s not fair on Makro to make me wait and beg for a refund. Utterly disappointed and will think twice before making a purchase from them!!!!
Pathetic customer service received from unqualified customer service staff!! Messaged them about an enquiry on WhatsApp only to be cut off and told to find my way. Please at least hire competent staff to deal with customers as we are paying for your service !
Urgently waiting approval for a medical procedure! Desperately need a mirena device due to my menorrhagia caused by cancer treatment. Hb levels are at at 10.7 and dropping every month! But no, Discovery needs to verify that I don’t need the mirena due to birth control!!!!!! How much longer should I wait?
Terrible service from the store at SANDTON CITY. Staff totally unhelpful and rude. When asked for help they don’t respond in a helpful way and pass comments when we browse.
Pathetic service received from the ASSISTANT MANAGER, MELUSI at Mr P Home SANDTON CITY. 10 mins to closing time he closed the door on our faces and refused to let us in. He even got rude and abrupt with us. If the stores times show closing at 7pm then close your doors at 7pm sharp! Very disappointed with the attitude shows by the staff of such a big group!
Terribly disappointed with the service from DH. Been waiting for 3 weeks now for an iron infusion to be authorised. I’m an oncology patient , I desperately need the infusion, what more do they expect from me to authorise this procedure??? The service from DH is appalling!!!!!!
Absolutely disappointed and disgusted with the service at this store. A small diamond fell off my ring and they blamed me, no one told me that the ring must be serviced yearly and my ring was only a year and a half only. Upon collecting the ring the sales assistant PEGGY at the store didn’t even know who I was, and said she didn’t not call. I played the voicemail for her and it was Infact the same lady PEGGY that called me. She further denied statements that she made to me when I dropped my ring off. She mistook me with another client which and blamed it on the fact that she has to see to a lot of clients (not my problem). I seek feedback from browns!!!!!!!
