I have a problem my wife bought me 4jeans at Levi's online all if them were my size but 3 of them could not fit i think its because of the cut/type, when we tried to return them back the system could not allow it as it has certain day to allow returns. We then went from Empangeni to Durban (Levi's store) however we were told that items bought online can not be returned to the shop. We are now stucked with 3jeans costing more then R1500 but can not do anything with them. This policy of online items can not be returned to shop should be reviewed coz its disadvantages us as customers. I wrote to Levi's but did not received any feedback

The worst service ever, last time I had to wait a whole month for my refund and now I see they are doing the same thing. It's been 2weeks now going into 3weeks everything I call its always "okay will forward to the relevant department and call you back" guess what they never call...its honestly draining and now they no longer respond to my emails.

Incredibly disappointing. My order was delivered without any communication (email/sms/etc) to confirm delivery. I tried on the items I ordered and noted that one of them was the incorrect size - I then went onto their website but the order showed "on the way", so I assumed I'd be unable to log a return. I then tried a week later, but the order still showed as "on its way". I emailed support and found out that theres a separate returns portal that you have to use (which you can't navigate to from your order history). When using the returns portal, the item showed as ineligible for return (and it was not marked as such upon purchase). When I enquired as to why, support eventually indicated that I had to log the return within 7 days of receiving them (weird, since according to their website the order is still "on it's way" to this day 2 months later). I explained the situation, and the after much back and forth, the support agent in his infinite wisdom said "You are welcome to return the one item with the incorrect sizing, and you can still log this return through the return portal. Once submitted, we’ll be able to review it and proceed with issuing store credit as requested." I then of course explained that I cannot log the return through the portal and asked for assistance, after which I have been ghosted. Terrible support service - do not use their online store unless you're prepared to deal with a headache.

I have placed my order with Levi’s SA on the 22nd of December, no communication whatsoever, i am getting the run around regarding the ETA. Tried calling in, they keep hanging up. I send emails, i get the same response that they have escalated. I called their courier service, i was told they have not received the order. Their service is rather disappointing and disgusting. I have advised them that i need a refund and that they must cancel this order, still have had no luck!

I purchased two Iconic Levi’s shirts online, however upon delivery, one of the shirts appears to be ****. The shirt has no Levi’s label on the pocket, which raises serious concerns about its authenticity and quality. This is unacceptable for a brand that markets itself as selling genuine products. I logged an official complaint and requested an exchange on 22 December, yet to date I have received no resolution or response to my follow up email sent yesterday. Multiple attempts to contact customer care and your head office have been unsuccessful, as all calls go straight to voicemail
