Ordered an item on Diesel’s online store on the third of March and the item is still not delivered after on their site it said delivery would talke between 3-6 days, no communication from them, calls and emails being forwarded from one person to the next I asked to speak to their Manager “Adrian” amd was told he was busy and i was promised he would call me back but as expected he did not.
WORST SERVICE EVER!!!! Bought from them on the 3rd of March and my order is still not delivered they claim there was a delay because the address was incorrect but it is my correct address There is no communication from them unless you call. Disappointing service!!!!!
<div>I bought a car from them in October 2022 the car came with no spare key, no spare wheel and no service book i was told i would be receiving the spare wheel the following week until today (27/03/2023) i havent I had to use my own money to register the car and was told id be refunded but until today i still havent receive the money This ****** man keeps giving me excuses i text him almost everyday but im clearly taken for a fool WORST EXPERIENCE to think this is my first car i was expecting it to be the best experience.</div>
