I have a problem my wife bought me 4jeans at Levi's online all if them were my size but 3 of them could not fit i think its because of the cut/type, when we tried to return them back the system could not allow it as it has certain day to allow returns. We then went from Empangeni to Durban (Levi's store) however we were told that items bought online can not be returned to the shop. We are now stucked with 3jeans costing more then R1500 but can not do anything with them. This policy of online items can not be returned to shop should be reviewed coz its disadvantages us as customers. I wrote to Levi's but did not received any feedback
