Awaiting two pot payout, it seems many Old Mutual clients have not been paid with the excuse of waiting for SARS , this is evidently not true as many confirm directives were sent already so the problem is with Old Mutual and they are not taking accountability, worse of it all they lines get cut off after waiting for 30mins, they emails do not get responses, it’s like they never ready for this time of the year, yet payment continue and they pretend to our employers thy they are in good standing, please make it clear that you are the problem and move the status to awaiting payment authorisation , Old Mutual is the problem and not directives, this is so upsetting, government knows this being an emergency withdrawal, yey there is absolutely no urgency
I withdrew from my two pot, on the third Sars confirmed a directives was sent and yet today I received a message from Old Mutual saying they are still waiting for a directive. The service with our two pots doesn’t seem to improve, it’s really concerning having your fund in an institution that doesn’t respond to emails either, had no chat points and long call queues
I have been trying to get the debt review flag removed from my name for ages, all I’m getting is silence. Waynecia Little af first seemed to want to help until she asked for payment which I told her I could only do in 2 payments, this was declined, I am trying to get a place to rent and they requested a letter from this company, they further refused, now I’m stuck without a place to stay and with no communication. This has got to be against my constitutional right for housing. I need urgent help or guidance on how to lay a complaint over this business
Old Mutual is by far the most disappointing company ever. Being told something only because you called in, something that should have been their priority to communicate is ridiculous...I was advised they have no SLAs on the cancellation of the withdrawal,I was also told they once cancelled I will be told when I can withdraw?! I mean what? I just wait again for them to get their ducks in a roll? I honestly feel like employees should have a petition to have they policies removed...it seems nothing here is guaranteed. I am so upset and disappointed by the service here.
I made a purchase in the app for Romans which was paid and delivered,the next day 2 more orders went off. I queried this and was told that the 2 orders went off a device I had previously associated with tha app. I have had the same phone over 3 years,and I use the same number. My details are linked to my work laptop,so definitely this wouldn't have been true,the card I use is new so how is it an old device. They say the order is legitimate, forgetting I didn't not get the other 2 orders and they do not appear in the app,so what is it that I am paying for? I demand a refund ,I can not pay for one meal 3 times... Ridiculous!!!
This business takes no pride in customer service,they do not care.i have been calling non stop with no help.They have no process. The restaurant debuted my account and then cancelled,the funds were to be paid in 5days and still nothing. Standards of thos business keep getting worse
I am so disappointed by the treatment received at Queens high school.... I am awaiting payment and have been given the run around. I was refer to Shirley Molobi who has shown no urgency in the matter, was agian referred to Irene Mashapa who has also been shown no interest in my escalation. I have now been told that a Mr Borchardt who was CC in my emails and did nothing. I the principal is the worst of the pack.. He has not even called me once... He is unable to send an email or even a quick apology. I keep being promised my matter will be resolved, sometimes even get asked if I'm sure it wasn't resolved. The amount of professionalism in the department makes me wonder how the run schools. Mr Lauren's who was assigned to resolve matter has also never ever contacted me... Irene has constantly tried getting me assisted but unfortunately her colleagues do not take her instruction seriously as a circuit manager. My contact details are as follows : V. So I have a staff transport company owner, I was brutualy attacked by a association member in sunnighill for picking up employees of a company I am working with. I was searched without consent with money was taken out of my wallet I was then threatened with violence if I returned. My problem is that I am not using or taking any of their clients as I am a staff car. I don't understand if maybe the only people who are allowed any black gain are taxi owners. I am a young businessman trying to make ends meet... Can I have a process in which I should follow to be left alone.?
