I would like to extend my sincere appreciation to SATAXI and to Precious Qwabe From the BUY-BACK Department. She assisted me greatly and show a lot of patience throughout the process. I would also like to request that this massage be forwarded to the Customer service, tracker and contract Departments as I kindly like them to improve their level of service as well. Thank you

BREACH OF CREDIT AGREEMENT AND FAILURE TO PROVIDE STATEMENTS DUE. I am writing on behalf of my friend, his account no is 104133:094431, to complain about the way my friend's credit agreement with SA Taxi Finance has been handled. There have been a number of issues, ranging from the failure to issue monthly statements, to the settlement letter and statements issued by SA Taxi Finance being inaccurate, and the failure of SA Taxi Finance to issue the monthly statements my friend requested. The credit agreement started on 5 February 2019 and was for funding a taxi for trading purposes. The term of this credit agreement was six years as per the signed credit agreement, with the expiry date being 1 March 2025. The credit agreement provided that the agreement would conclude with 1 March 2025. My friend has not received the monthly statements as per the agreement. He has requested several times that the monthly statements be issued. This has not yet been done. He has requested several times to receive a settlement letter regarding his arrears. The only settlement letter received is dated 29 April 2026, which is over a year after the agreement had concluded. The settlement letter was accompanied with a 6-month statement. Both the settlement letter and the 6-month statement have made the following assertions: • The agreement was for a period of seven years with an expiry date of 2026 contrary to the actual agreement being for 6 years with an expiry date of 1 March 2025; • The account has been in arrears every month contrary to the fact that there are no monthly statements and the agreement provided for monthly payments to the credit provider. The settlement letter and 6-month statement demanded payment of the arrears as well as the monthly payments despite the agreement being concluded. My friend has attempted to contact SA Taxi Finance to seek clarification of this matter since receiving the settlement letter, however, he has been unable to get hold of them through all channels including telephone and WhatsApp. In the circumstances, my friend request that SA Taxi Finance take the following steps: • Provide all monthly statements from February 2019 to March 2025 as per the agreement. • Issue a settlement letter, which is accurate and which accurately reflects the 6 year agreement as per the contract, and acknowledges the agreement having an expiry date of 1 March 2025, as well as the arrears, if any. • Remove the arrears as demanded by SA Taxi Finance in its letter and statement. • Provide him with a point of contact, as my friend has been unable to contact SA Taxi Finance since receiving the settlement letter. Yours faithfully, Maluleke HD on behalf of my friend

I have a problem with SA Taxi regarding the Re finance-Buy Back vehicle. I app**** for refinancing and ownership change, assisted by Mrs. Precious Qwabe, who sent us a draft contract for the new owner (my spouse). They said the contract would not be released because the tracker showed a fault, even though the car was not working for two days and no one came. Eventually, they did arrive. We asked Precious for the contract, but she said she is still waiting for the contracts department, which has not sent it since March. Why are things delayed so much? Please help me escalate this to the contracts.

I am a business owner and the Authorized Proxy for Masa Elizabeth Shungube. SA Taxi Finance is currently acting as a "collections agent" for Cartrack *****, and they are using my mother’s vehicle installment as a weapon to force payment for a service we never received. The Situation: Cartrack has admitted in writing (CEO Escalations) that they only fixed our unit (JNF 312 MP) recently, yet they are demanding payment for February and March when the service was non-functional. Furthermore, Cartrack staff forged "Advance Payment" invoices on our 2025 Toyota Hiace (LGK 491 MP). The Conduct of SA Taxi Finance: Instead of protecting their client from clear *****, SA Taxi Finance is: Gatekeeping: Hanging up the phone when we provide proof of Cartrack’s admission of fault. Coercion: They have bundled the Cartrack fee into our vehicle installment. They are explicitly telling us that if we don't pay the *****ulent Cartrack fee, our vehicle payment will be marked as "incomplete," which will lead to credit damage and repossession. Unprotected Assets: They are ignoring the fact that Cartrack has BLOCKED the security on vehicle KDR 238 MP ***ned by SA Taxi) due to this billing dispute. They are letting their own asset stay at risk while they bully us for money. SA Taxi Finance, you cannot legally force a consumer to pay for a *****ulent third-party service by threatening to take their car. This is predatory lending and a violation of the National Credit Act. I demand: A split in the billing immediately so we can pay the car installment without paying the *****ulent Cartrack fee. Urgent intervention with Cartrack to unblock all assets. A senior manager who doesn't hang up the phone to call me.

I am extremely distressed and disappointed with the conduct of SA Taxi. My vehicle was repossessed using a court warrant that should never have been granted in the first place. Prior to the court date, I had already made the required payment. This payment was confirmed both via SMS and telephonically with SA Taxi. I was explicitly told that the matter would be cancelled and that it was not necessary for me to attend court. Unfortunately, it appears that SA Taxi did not act honestly, as the court order was still granted despite payment being made. Later, due to a vehicle breakdown, I missed another payment. However, no Section 129 notice was served before they repossessed my vehicle using that same warrant which should never have existed. This process feels ******** and unfair. I then sought assistance from Legal Aid South Africa. One attorney initially advised they would assist me with a spoliation application and guided me on the required documents. However, the following day I was turned away by another staff member who refused to assist and told me I needed a rescission letter from SA Taxi. I also approached the High Court, where I was told I cannot apply for a spoliation order on my own and must have an attorney, despite my understanding of my rights under Section 34. I lodged a complaint with the National Credit Regulator, but I was told the matter falls outside their jurisdiction and that I must find legal representation. Attorneys I have approached charge fees that I simply cannot afford. This vehicle was our only source of income, and its repossession has placed my family under severe financial strain. I am posting this in the hope that someone—perhaps a legal professional willing to assist pro bono—can help me challenge this situation. SA Taxi, I urgently request: Proof that the court was informed of my payment before the warrant was granted Explanation for proceeding with repossession without proper legal process Immediate assistance in resolving this matter This situation is unjust and has had a devastating impact on my livelihood.
