I would like to extend my sincere appreciation to SATAXI and to Precious Qwabe From the BUY-BACK Department. She assisted me greatly and show a lot of patience throughout the process. I would also like to request that this massage be forwarded to the Customer service, tracker and contract Departments as I kindly like them to improve their level of service as well. Thank you

Contract Department issue
I have a problem with SA Taxi regarding the Re finance-Buy Back vehicle. I app**** for refinancing and ownership change, assisted by Mrs. Precious Qwabe, who sent us a draft contract for the new owner (my spouse). They said the contract would not be released because the tracker showed a fault, even though the car was not working for two days and no one came. Eventually, they did arrive. We asked Precious for the contract, but she said she is still waiting for the contracts department, which has not sent it since March. Why are things delayed so much? Please help me escalate this to the contracts.

Refinancing
I finance a taxi for 4 years. This year January i app**** for refinancing and it was approved later they ask the documents but mine were incomplete. They said without letter of association and an operating license, I must return the taxi when I asked them to use the documents from the first application they said the dont have them. how? I need help
