DStv withholding my refund since April – Disgraceful Service
I am absolutely disgusted by the level of service—or lack thereof—from DStv. I have been fighting for a refund for a mistaken payment made on 7 April 2026. I first dealt with an agent named Ntando Mbandlazi, who was incredibly arrogant, refused to process the refund, and even refused to give me a reference number. Because of her negligence, my channels were eventually blocked on 26 April, even though I had already paid my account early! I have spent weeks chasing this. I have spoken to Phumza Nyalukana and have sent all required documents (ID, Proof of Payment, and Bank Letter) in PDF format to the "unallocated" department multiple times under Reference Number: ***. While they finally unblocked my channels, they are now conveniently ignoring the fact that they still owe me my money. It has been a month of lies and delays. DStv is quick to take your money and block your service, but they act like ********s when it’s time to pay back what they owe. Account Number: *** ID Number: *** I want my money in my account immediately. Stop the automated excuses and pay me!

Mobalyz risk service complicit in Cartrack ***** and threatening repossession
I am a business owner and the Authorized Proxy for Masa Elizabeth Shungube. Mobalyz risk service is currently acting as a "collections agent" for Cartrack *****, and they are using my mother’s vehicle installment as a weapon to force payment for a service we never received. The Situation: Cartrack has admitted in writing (CEO Escalations) that they only fixed our unit (JNF 312 MP) recently, yet they are demanding payment for February and March when the service was non-functional. Furthermore, Cartrack staff forged "Advance Payment" invoices on our 2025 Toyota Hiace (LGK 491 MP). The Conduct of SA Taxi Finance: Instead of protecting their client from clear *****, mobalyz risk service is: Gatekeeping: Hanging up the phone when we provide proof of Cartrack’s admission of fault. Coercion: They have bundled the Cartrack fee into our vehicle installment. They are explicitly telling us that if we don't pay the *****ulent Cartrack fee, our vehicle payment will be marked as "incomplete," which will lead to credit damage and repossession. Unprotected Assets: They are ignoring the fact that Cartrack has BLOCKED the security on vehicle KDR 238 MP ***ned by SA Taxi) due to this billing dispute. They are letting their own asset stay at risk while they bully us for money. mobalyz risk service, you cannot legally force a consumer to pay for a *****ulent third-party service by threatening to take their car. This is predatory lending and a violation of the National Credit Act. I demand: A split in the billing immediately so we can pay the car installment without paying the *****ulent Cartrack fee. Urgent intervention with Cartrack to unblock all assets. A senior manager who doesn't hang up the phone to call me.

Identity ***** on 2025 Toyota Hiace and Billing ******ion on 2018 Quantum
I am writing this as the Authorized Proxy for Masa Elizabeth Shungube (62). We are currently victims of corporate bullying, gross negligence, and ***** involving two of our vehicles. 1. Identity ***** & Forgery (LGK 491 MP - 2025 Toyota Hiace): On our brand-new 2025 model, Cartrack employees used my mother’s personal credentials and ID to forge an "Advance Payment" authorization on their system. This was explicitly and repeatedly refused, yet they used her identity to create a *****ulent financial obligation. This is a ******** use of personal data. 2. Wrong Product & ******* Block (JNF 312 MP - 2018 Toyota Quantum): Cartrack installed the wrong package on this vehicle. Despite us informing them immediately, they have spent months forcing a pensioner to pay for a product she never requested. When we refused to pay for their mistake, they placed the account in "arrears" and have now blocked the tracking service, leaving a commercial vehicle unprotected on the road while sending threatening payment messages. 3. Arrogant Conduct & Lack of Accountability: The call center behavior is unacceptable. Agents repeatedly hang up the phone when I ask for a manager, claiming I am "not allowed" to speak to a superior. Donald (Accounts Department): This agent explicitly told me that this matter "does not need a reference number" and refused to provide one. This is a blatant attempt to hide their tracks and avoid accountability. As the Authorized Proxy, I am in the process of opening a ******** case for Identity *****. We have a brand-new 2025 asset and a 2018 commercial vehicle at extreme risk because Cartrack would rather ****** a pensioner than fix their own internal *****. I demand an immediate unblocking of all services, a total reversal of the *****ulent "advance payments," and the immediate cancellation of these contracts due to a material breach of trust.
