We are sorry to hear that you are unhappy with your experience and would like to clarify the matter for transparency.
When the vehicle initially experienced an issue after purchase, we immediately recalled the vehicle and carried out the necessary repairs at our cost. The vehicle was returned to you in working order.
The concern that arose again, more than 3,000 km later, was identified as a maintenance-related item.
Unfortunately, wear-and-tear or maintenance components fall outside of post-sale repair obligations, and we cannot be expected to maintain a client’s vehicle indefinitely.
We always strive to assist our customers, and we regret that this situation has led to frustration.
