Great help
I called Capital Consultants and was transferred to Franklin while I was struggling with a debt collector who had blocked me. While I was still explaining my situation, Franklin was already assisting by helping me open a Rage and Nimble account on their client portal – something I never knew about – and he managed to get my prescription and paid-up letters for me. He did it at no cost and explained that it’s something consumers can normally request themselves. I really appreciate the fast and helpful service.

Great help

Pathetic!
Poor service. Pathetic! They ask me 2 weeks ago to provide them my new bank account details to refund me for the money they took from me without paying my creditors. I even asked them for a detailed statement which they just ignored. And I am still waiting for the refund and the detailed statement. No response from them regarding this matters.

Pathetic!

Capital Consultant Centre is Pathetic!
The company was acting under another NCR number (Khusela Debt Management) They called me and told me they have moved on their own and nothing will change from my previous debt counselor, the process will just continue as normal, only the debit order is changing. After the first month they deducted from my salary, and they once again deducted restructuring, admin and legal fees. They money from my debit order differs from the statement I received, and I do not know what is happening to other money. Their services are absolutely pathetic, you never get hold of them and if you do, promises are made to call you back and that never happens. They are not honest and never updates you on any processes.
