Pathetic!
Poor service. Pathetic! They ask me 2 weeks ago to provide them my new bank account details to refund me for the money they took from me without paying my creditors. I even asked them for a detailed statement which they just ignored. And I am still waiting for the refund and the detailed statement. No response from them regarding this matters.

Capital Consultant Centre is Pathetic!
The company was acting under another NCR number (Khusela Debt Management) They called me and told me they have moved on their own and nothing will change from my previous debt counselor, the process will just continue as normal, only the debit order is changing. After the first month they deducted from my salary, and they once again deducted restructuring, admin and legal fees. They money from my debit order differs from the statement I received, and I do not know what is happening to other money. Their services are absolutely pathetic, you never get hold of them and if you do, promises are made to call you back and that never happens. They are not honest and never updates you on any processes.

Khusela Debt Management is Pathetic!
If it was an option, I would rate this business 0. Pathetic! Do not trust them. I moved from one Debt counselor to another and was not treated as a transferred, but as a new application and they charged me again for restructuring, admin and legal fees, although I paid it up in full at the first debt counselor. The monthly deductions from my debit order and the statement I received does not correspond and, on the statement, it is always lower. Struggle to get assistance or to get hold of them. Plenty of money has been taken from my creditors and now I am in debt, and I am on the edge of losing all my assets. Khusela was acting under another debt review NCR number, and they have done it for the second time by changing my debt review to Capital Consultants Centre where they deducted again restructuring, admin and legal fees.
