***** by debt solution company

I received a call from the company for removal of debt review and they said they would send me documents, and so they did, however nothing was ever signed with the company or authorized yet I received a debit order that went off od R1600 and when trying to reach the company they're phone lines ring on end with no assistance and no answer and when checked by my bank they state that they go as Remedy Debt Solutions which is a different company name.
