They called me to convinced me to pay less of interest to all my accounts and and I do not happy any financial problems but later only to find out tht am under Debt Review as if I can't pay my accounts

They called me to convinced me to pay less of interest to all my accounts and and I do not happy any financial problems but later only to find out tht am under Debt Review as if I can't pay my accounts

I am ****med by a lady called Zandile Mabuya promising to take me out on Debit review only to find out she is from debit review too,she said she sent me to her head office to finalize the application only to find out head office will send me a mandate debit check and yet on our conversation there was nothing to do with bank deductions.

I received a call from the company for removal of debt review and they said they would send me documents, and so they did, however nothing was ever signed with the company or authorized yet I received a debit order that went off od R1600 and when trying to reach the company they're phone lines ring on end with no assistance and no answer and when checked by my bank they state that they go as Remedy Debt Solutions which is a different company name.

Suing capital debt SA
Got a call from an agent by the name of Vuyo Booi stating his from NCR. He mentioned information about my accounts saying I am being over charged. He mentioned that some of the over charges will be refunded back to me. As he was about to explain the reason for his call I then received an SMS saying, I, Names, ID ******** gave consent to request my credit report on 2025-06-13. Reason: Affordability Assessment. Capital Debt SA which I didn't and he just hanged up the phone. That is when I checked on the internet and saw their reviews. I would like to say that if one is listed on debt review without my permission, I will definitely sue the company.

CAPITAL DEBT REVIEW SIGNING ME FOR DEBT REVIEW WITHOUT CONSENT.
I just got a call from a lady by the name of Sinovuyo from this company Capital Debt Solution but she initially said she is phoning me from National Credit Regulator about my charged high interest by the creditors. She said the reason for the call is for them to advocate for my high interest to be reduced to an acceptable level because they are over charging me on interest. I asked her specifically what is the call about because I have no intention of these Debt review companies she said no, she is calling from NRC. She even asked me to Google NRC. She then send these documents for me to sign via my email and when I see the email at first glance it says Debt Review. These people are lying to people about the reasons for their call and make you to commit something you did not agree to. And when she called back, to check if I have signed the linked document. I told her why is she lying about the reasons for her and what she is selling to me. She started denying everything saying, I must have not heard her and started being rude. I told her to stop ***ng with people's lives and selling something under false pretense. She continued being rude and arrogant. This company is making false sales to people under pretense their are just advocating for their interest to be charged at a lower rate. Is this even acceptable? I did not sign anything with this evil, rude ****bag of a lady called Sinovuyo. If this is the strategy they are using to earn money through commission, it needs to stop. I'm so ****ed right now.

This company is ****ming people. A guy named Mpho called me and registered my name for debt review without my knowledge. These people are debiting money from my account which I cannot reverse from my bank account because they change reference number. Their contact details do not work every time I call them or even when I send them an email. Good people please help me stop this company from ****ming our people

This company is ****ming people. A guy named Mpho called me and registered my name for debt review without my knowledge. Capital debt solutions/Remedy debt PTY LTD. A consultant by the Name of Ayanda called me and registered me for debt review even though I told her not to. She told me she was calling on behalf of NRC and that they noticed I’m being charged too much interest, so she is going to assist with that. They provided false information, saying that there was an institution that was billing me high interest rates. I further, and continuously asked if it was a debt review and they constantly denied that it was. I have tried contacting them, but my calls, emails and WhatsApp messages have not been answered since the month of March 2024. The company name is Capital Debt Solutions powered by the Remedy Debt PTY LTD. And the Lady called Amanda was laughing and talking to other people while she was supposed to talk to me, and telling me the call is recorded, and lucky my Calls are also recorded. After the call I receive and SMS stating that i gave consent to this company to request a credit report for Affordability Assessment, i DID NOT give ANY consent. Please explain to me what this call was about.
