Suing capital debt SA

Got a call from an agent by the name of Vuyo Booi stating his from NCR. He mentioned information about my accounts saying I am being over charged. He mentioned that some of the over charges will be refunded back to me. As he was about to explain the reason for his call I then received an SMS saying, I, Names, ID ******** gave consent to request my credit report on 2025-06-13. Reason: Affordability Assessment. Capital Debt SA which I didn't and he just hanged up the phone. That is when I checked on the internet and saw their reviews. I would like to say that if one is listed on debt review without my permission, I will definitely sue the company.
