I just got a call from a lady by the name of Sinovuyo from this company Capital Debt Solution but she initially said she is phoning me from National Credit Regulator about my charged high interest by the creditors. She said the reason for the call is for them to advocate for my high interest to be reduced to an acceptable level because they are over charging me on interest. I asked her specifically what is the call about because I have no intention of these Debt review companies she said no, she is calling from NRC. She even asked me to Google NRC. She then send these documents for me to sign via my email and when I see the email at first glance it says Debt Review. These people are lying to people about the reasons for their call and make you to commit something you did not agree to. And when she called back, to check if I have signed the linked document. I told her why is she lying about the reasons for her and what she is selling to me. She started denying everything saying, I must have not heard her and started being rude. I told her to stop ***ng with people's lives and selling something under false pretense. She continued being rude and arrogant. This company is making false sales to people under pretense their are just advocating for their interest to be charged at a lower rate. Is this even acceptable? I did not sign anything with this evil, rude ****bag of a lady called Sinovuyo. If this is the strategy they are using to earn money through commission, it needs to stop. I'm so ****ed right now.
I bought lounge furnitire (3 piece sofa set to be precise) at Ok furniture on Pinetown on the 27th March 2021. They were delivered same day to my residence. A week later I discovered that the leg coverings are peeling or coming off. I headed straight to the store the following day to report the matter with pictures as evidence. The sales lady by the name of Thandeka asked me to send my complaint via email and I did exactly that. From the 4th April 2021 till to date I have not received any positive feedback from.the store. The last conversation I had with them over the phone was when the lady promised that the store will send enquiry to the supplier or manufacturer hence they regarded the fault to this problem as a factory fault. Even with that I had to be the one who is using my resources phoning them and following up. I am appalled by the fact that till this day they have not made any attempt to give me feedback regarding my complaint and yet I am supposed to still continue using the sofa with peeling or legs coming off. It is quite embarrassing to have supposedly a brand new furniture that you bought with your hard earned cash but looking like a second hand in your living room and the store is silent about it. I have written numerous emails to the store using the email address I was provided, the only response I got was that they are going to give me feedback, the supplier has agreed to exchange the damaged sofa for a new one. But after that nothing has materialized. I feel disrespected as a customer and not valued. Ok Furniture in Pinetown has proven to not care at all about customer service, satisfaction and service delivery. No accountability whatsoever! I anticipated their prompt response regarding this matter but seemingly the only time you are valued in that store is when they take your money and give you poor quality furniture and they are done with you.
Miway is the best insurance company I have ever insured with. Yesterday my car broke down in the middle of the road, with one just call road side assistance was here to help me within few minutes and they towed my vehicle safely. They also gave me a call to follow up if I arrived safely at home. I am glad I made the best choice shiwtching to Miway insurance.
I wouldn’t like to share my horrible, poor, nightmare service that I have recently experienced with Toyota McCarthy Pinetown. As I am trying to type here, I run out of words to describe the torture, humiliation and disservice that I was given by this branch. I took my car Toyota Yaris 2013 XS for repairs on the 9th of April 2019 as it just lost engine power. I have a Pre-vehicle Warranty policy cover with them which covers things as a result of mechanical failure. It has been almost 1 full month without my car completely fixed and returned to me. I have tried numerous times to communicate, even went to the branch personally to express my dissatisfaction and frustrations with regards to the poor standard of service that I have been receiving. I have been without a car from the 09th till today and yet every delay to repair my car is on their side. Every time I express my concerns I am being sent from pillar to post stating reasons such as they are still awaiting authorization from the insurer, they cannot source the part of the vehicle within their local distribution centers, etc. It has been lots of excuses and uncertain reasons say after day. I have tried writing emails to their complaints department to no success of being helped. I cannot express how disturbing and inconsiderate and inconvenience their service has been to me. I have had to stop my child from going to school because I do not have a car to transport him. I have had to come out of hospital with a very severe procedure (operation) and take public transport (Taxis) home because they have failed to deliver on time. I was even denied vehicle loan stating reasons that I do not qualify to be given one meanwhile it is all their fault. I have not reviewed any joy whatsoever from any of the Managers in the branch, I have been turned away with a promise that they are fixing my car. Today the 7th of May the gentleman handling my vehicle claim phoned me promising that my car would be ready by today, but they never fulfilled their promise. I am sick and tired of being taken for a fool. I need them to give me an honest answer as to what is actually the problem as far as fixing my car is concerned. I believe I have been patient enough. I deserve answers. I am angry and hurt at the same. I feel my rights as customer have been violated in so many ways. I would really appreciate their prompt response and action with regards to this issue.
