The Capital Menlyn Maine
My in-laws made a booking through Agoda to stay at The Caiptal Menyn Maine for a few days. Unfortunately they had to cancel the booking and was informed that they will not be held liable for any cancellation fees. Instead x4 amounts were taken from their ceredit card accounts. Of those 50% were refunded.

1. Are bookings from pensioners not important?
2. Where can anyone find security in booking online if the hotels cant even point us to competent people to assist with queries and refunds?
3. Who then has the money?? The staff at the capital says its not their problem. My question would be "what if Agoda owed them the money??.. would they also NOT CARE??"
