Jabulile Masondo - *****ster, Horrible service Capitec
Capitec hires *****sters and protects them, their Employee Jabulile Masondo (Bara Mall) checked my profile, called and threatened to kill me, I reported this to Capitec. To date, no feedback is provided, instead amounts that dont make sense are being deducted from my account.

If someone has threatened your life, the first and most important step is to report the matter at your nearest police station, as this is a criminal offence.
The police are the only authority that can investigate threats and take immediate action to ensure your safety.
Unfortunately, the bank is not able to make arrests or investigate criminal conduct.
From our side, we can assist by:
Ensuring your banking profile is secure
Logging a formal complaint for internal review through the correct channels
Assisting with any unexplained deductions once your account has been verified.
