Car Buddy is a ****mer

It should not even be given 1 star. This service should be shut down. I looked for a VIN number and it asked me for a payment of R16.46 for the report. Since the amount wasn't huge, I trusted and made the payment. They said they would send me credentials to log in and access the report, but I got nothing so far. I emailed and all I got was a standard response saying "Please check your inbox and spam folder for the login credentials. If you still can't find them, a senior agent will reset your access and ensure you receive the vehicle report soon. — Support Team" I rep**** saying I had received nothing and got the very same email from them saying the same thing.

So far, I got no report and no support. Please DO NOT USE this service. It's a **** and should be taken down.
