I was very hesitant to purchase this cover on my Hilux, 1 year later i had an issue, Contacted CCV, Monique was super efficient and professional. Problem was resolved and the full allocated amount in the cover was allocated to the repair. Normally these extended plans dont work this one does and the crew at CCV are really good. Side note: Make sure you service your car as per manufactures requirements and keep records. Completely understandable and fair requirement from CCV.
