Good Day, Hope you are well. I have a Major problem with your springs Branch. We have been waiting for Over 2 months for our vehicle. To my suprise the car is not even at the premises and the Owner or Manager or whoever he is does not have Clue to what he is doing. Making inappropriate jokes stating that the car was sold when Enquiring what's going on when we went there. After we were there last Friday 09th of May, he said the Manager or whoever he is simply just rude will call us back on Saturday till date no response after he only phoned this on monday the 12th of May stating that there is now another issue on the vehicle which it never had when it was booked in. Got the Car Back 24th of May, After we Paid R14000 for an oil leak to be repaired, he wanted us to pay for the Auto Electrician as the Car had a Electrical Fault which it never had when it was booked in. Wheel Bearings replaced and its still leaking oil? The ABS light that was illuminated the whole time was supposed to be repaired, still have the same issue as when the car was in for repairs just worse? This is not on. We need answers. The Manager is Very Rude with no customer service. Didn't even show what was done or replaced on the car. Gave the keys and sat behind the counter. They forced us to sign and pay their invoice!!!! To Date no one from your head office sorted the issue. Urgent response required or we will take legal action and have all the proof.
