I took my car to CAR Service N1City. I am so happy with the guy that assisted me there. Dewald took my car in and explained the process, he kept me in the loop the whole day as what is happening. I really appreciated that. At the end of the day he phoned me up again to explain exactly what they have done and what the situation is. I have worked in the banking industry for 40 years and that is what I gave my clients. I realized that this man still has the decency to give back the respect and the decency some folks forget, and that is why I will take my car back there every time. Thank you Dewald.

Although I asked just a major service and oil top up on the gearbox (not to fiddle or do anything else) the mechanic took it upon himself to adjust the clutch causing the clutch now to "slip". The manager said the clutch was to ":hard"' and now it must be replaced at a cost of almost R8000

Ormonde workshops did service to our car then suddenly it was mix oil and coolant When we took it they sad they will have to do the strip and quote to check what’s wrong but next day it was another story that they will only replace oil cooler a week letter our car was leaking coolant unfortunately we got stuck at Limpopo When I lodge a complaint they are telling a different story stating that our car had a blown gasket and it was overheating which is a different story I will never ever take our car there and I won’t even recommend to anyone they will leave you miserable

Went in for a 120km service which I paid almost 3k. I was told that they did not change my spark plugs and I had to top up for an oil change. The parts that they changed was for 1k then I the additional 2k I guess it was for their car wash service. I regret having spend my money on such a hypocritical company. They never called me to come collect the car i had to make the call, they only to inform me of what they call special spark plugs. When I confronted the lady at reception she said its unfair for all the clients because my plugs can last for two years and other clients only last for a year. They treated me like I am a fool and I knew nothing about cars.

Good Day, Hope you are well. I have a Major problem with your springs Branch. We have been waiting for Over 2 months for our vehicle. To my suprise the car is not even at the premises and the Owner or Manager or whoever he is does not have Clue to what he is doing. Making inappropriate jokes stating that the car was sold when Enquiring what's going on when we went there. After we were there last Friday 09th of May, he said the Manager or whoever he is simply just rude will call us back on Saturday till date no response after he only phoned this on monday the 12th of May stating that there is now another issue on the vehicle which it never had when it was booked in. Got the Car Back 24th of May, After we Paid R14000 for an oil leak to be repaired, he wanted us to pay for the Auto Electrician as the Car had a Electrical Fault which it never had when it was booked in. Wheel Bearings replaced and its still leaking oil? The ABS light that was illuminated the whole time was supposed to be repaired, still have the same issue as when the car was in for repairs just worse? This is not on. We need answers. The Manager is Very Rude with no customer service. Didn't even show what was done or replaced on the car. Gave the keys and sat behind the counter. They forced us to sign and pay their invoice!!!! To Date no one from your head office sorted the issue. Urgent response required or we will take legal action and have all the proof.
