Went in for a 120km service which I paid almost 3k. I was told that they did not change my spark plugs and I had to top up for an oil change. The parts that they changed was for 1k then I the additional 2k I guess it was for their car wash service. I regret having spend my money on such a hypocritical company. They never called me to come collect the car i had to make the call, they only to inform me of what they call special spark plugs. When I confronted the lady at reception she said its unfair for all the clients because my plugs can last for two years and other clients only last for a year. They treated me like I am a fool and I knew nothing about cars.
Capitec is a *****. Recently I have found that the bank would charge me R2 per swipe and they would cover it up as cash withdrawal fee. What capitec does is if you have ever requested a cash withdrawal at a local store, everytime you would purchase at the particular store their system would regard it as cash withdrawal, even if the amount is for R42. This is ***** and for me it's not about the R2 but about the number of people that are being de*****ed in the process. If Capitec is struggling financially please do not ***** from people
Capitec approves debit mandate on your behalf. The stupid bank sends you a notification regarding a debit mandate then without your consent they approve the debit order. That is pure ***** by the bank
The worst business ever this mothe****ers, never want you to leave the ****en company. You cancel your subscription but you always pay. I canceled In May by that time I was owing around R500 then we agreed for them to bill me for may as well. I then pain R260 then I got a massage that I am left with R535 then all of the sudden I owe them R1350 that's nonsense
I recently took an additional loan with Directaxis. They settled the other loan then gave me the remaining money. Come month end they deducted the original installment amount for the previously settled loan and told, whilst going through the whole transaction I noticed that the normal intrest and service fees had been included whilst the loan was already settled. I called them and they said to me the settlement amount included in itself the installment which was 9 days prior, then I proceeded to ask how come that money did not come from my settlement instead it needed to be added with my installment. I was told that was the agreement then I said please forward me the voice recordings of such an agreement, even now I have not received any. My issue is that a settled loan does not accumulate intrest because already the new loan had generated an intrest as well. So it looks like Directaxis is running a mashonisa, they are not honest and when you call they pretend as if they are listening to your story. This will be the last time I ever do business with them and I guess I trusted them because of they are part of FNB. they are just dishonest and greedy
On the 15 of May after i wrote a review on miway and their bad service, i got a call from Keya assuring me that they are dealing with the issue at hand then i told her that we would reach month end and nothing will be done, well i guess i was right. The second call was from miway's partners letting me know that they acknowledged the missing part was thier fault "they stole it" i thought atleast we have progress but the gentleman only asked which city and province i live in? Honestly thats weird because u have to ask the client for address. So its been two weeks after i spoke to Keya and i havent found any part, i just wounder if for this pathetic service is it because maybe they are actually manufacturing the parts. Well atleast one thing was certain from the last call that Miway and its service providers helped themselves to my car part"stole" Lesson learned that telepathically they promise resolution but actually its just zilch
So the only time mi way gets to respond to your query is when one uses hellopeter. Miway was so quick to contact me after a review but generally they dont care. Its been 2 weeks Prudence only called the first day there after she doesnt give me feedback. Miway only cares bout their image not their customer's
I took my car to its service providers and there where parts that are missing from my car. The worst insurance ever.
