Car care broke my car only to find that they put wrong rear shoes now is still doing the same thing they broke my car
Car care they realy realy broke my car I brought the car for service they put the wrong rear shoes then o brought it back they claim to be fixed today it is still doing the same problem it doesn't want to move forward and back am not happy with car care they are not realible thire work is poor and poor they broke my car I have never ever find a problem like this in my car it's had a service plan now am stuck me an my family my wife cant go to work my sons cant go to school business is stuck Care care I want my car to be fixed right away

I have not received the laptop I have app**** for an no feedback from lewis
Lewis store Pretoria Paul Kruger street They have not come back to me .they still ignoring me I don't know wht is going on now..I have not receive the laptop that I have app**** and I have already signed a contract I have my copy..come month end they will expect me to pay my monthly installment while I did not receive my laptop....no no no I won't pay without receiving my laptop Lewis they don't know how to treat customers am not happy at all

They didn't service my car properly
Hi on the 02/09/2025 I took my car to car care clinic fir major service Renault sandero stepway 2019 model. They put ne Rearskimming bond.engine flush.front brakes an rear brakes.radiator flush brake fluid flush .my car is always going fir service plan .today 10th September 2025 I drove to booysen on my business when started it to go back home I put gear 1 handbrake down is hold back doesn't want to move forward but when I put gear Rerverse it go back good ...I called the car care service they disagree so please assist they called the towing clear to tow my car but they don't take the responsibility please assist they are the one who tempted with my car they must fix it properly please now am stuck they did not do thire job correct

I was approved but I didn't receive the product it was not delivered to my address
I apply for credit they approved me with credit limit of R9000 fot a laptop an they call me to come to the store at Lewis Pretoria Paul Kruger street then I signed the contract they said to me the laptop will be delivered within 2 working days then they said we must take pictures of you an your car that you working with they did that taking the pictures of myself an my car then they said one of the consultants from head office will call you for varyfication they called me an ask for my account numbers to do the debit order an said to me am approved I must wait fir delivery...then the following day the store assistant Jacob he send me a whtaspp massage saying am not honest I was surprised wht is realy going on I called the store I told them where is my delivery I have not yet received it now it's Bern 4 days they ignored me an my calls ..they never cone back am not happy with Lewis I feel like am ****med they betrayed me am not happy Lewis is a **** please assist

I received my laptop without its original laptop bag
today my extention of the laptop an it's original laptop bag that I **** it for loan R1500 then I was paying loan interest for 6 untill today,17 December 2023 I went to Pay the loan amount R2113 they give me back my laptop only without the laptop bag that I have poŕned with,i asked then where is my laptop bag they refuse by saying I didn't leave it ,I told then that's not true the can call there manager who help me to **** my laptop bag,He also refused I was so angry an humiliated they treated me so bad,I told them that I asked the manager JP Bosch why he doesn't write the laptop bag on the item list he said to me it is not necessary an they don't write laptop bag on the item list an said again don't worry the laptop bag it's safe you can leave it,
